Charming little spot with river access. Our group had a blast. The game room was an awesome bonus!

We loved our stay! We went to float the river for the 4th of July, and the location is perfect. Very close to Don’s if you’re going that route, but you can peacefully float in the river at the back of the house. It’s a little tricky to get down to, but my whole family (including a small child) were able to manage just fine. The house is very comfortable and we had everything we needed🙂 We would definitely book again!

Fantastic tiny home! The house was immaculately clean and extremely cozy. The kitchen was insane and had everything you would ever need. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect place for my young family to stay while visiting family. Nice and quiet - exactly what we needed to recharge. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gonzales. Very comfortable and spacious. Great amenities! We hope to stay here again for future trips.

I was in town visiting family for the holidays and this spot was perfect for my stay. The place was as described and was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Cute ass ranch was a perfect stay for our friends group. We stayed for two nights and made countless memories. All the amenities match the description. Very spacious and the perfect country living experience. The hosts are quick to respond and were always just a text away. The petting zoo was a cherry on the top. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Flatonia or nearby towns.

Absolutely awesome place to glamp with the family. Beautiful grounds, and amazing "tents!" The kids didn't want to leave.

Place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as described. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded and relaxing getaway.

The Ranch was simply delightful! We were there to visit family for Christmas but wanted to stay somewhere more secluded since we live in the city — plus we were able to bring all 3 of our dogs which is a huge plus and not not something that I ever take for granted. They loved being able to wonder around and explore on their own.* There are wooded areas on both sides of the property and we saw deer more days than not. And it was fun to see the cows hanging out. The home is very cozy and comfortable —so easy to live in. We cooked, we entertained, we napped, we walked in the woods, we gazed at the stars…. We had unseasonably warm weather and were able to enjoy open doors most afternoons. I miss it already! The kitchen is probably the best stocked kitchen of any AirBNB I have stayed in: the 6-burner gas stove was swoon worthy. The only thing better than the house/property was Alexandre. Pretty sure he’s the hardest working guy in the biz — even over Xmas! *our dogs aren’t flig

Loved this spot!! Donny was very responsive and accommodating. I do wish we would have known about the personal chef prior to the day of our stay. We found out about it an hour before check in which was a bummer, but we had such a good time nonetheless!! My friends and I will definitely go back

From the moment we arrived at the WahWah property we knew we would want to come back. It’s such a nice step away from the busy day to day life. We really enjoyed getting to enjoy each other and the outdoors without a phone or TV to distract us. The provided golf cart was great and we enjoyed driving through the property. We were lucky and saw plenty of deer, a turkey and 2 armadillos! We got to experience Fly Fishing with Ryan from Go Outside and Explore and it’s safe to say we are hooked 😉 Will defiantly be back in the warmer months so we can take full advantage of the San Marcos River!

This was a very fun overnight trip! The golf cart was perfect and really made the trip. We drove down quite a ways and had a nice river beach to ourselves. The pool is beautiful as well and has a full bar to purchase drinks. The raccoon Bubba will knock over your trash at night so be aware of that. Fridge is mini size and the grill was nice but bring your own grill tools. They also have Yetis tumbelres you can use with their cute logo on it. Bed was fluffy and comfortable. I opted for an outdoor shower under the stars and it was perfect! The indoor shower and tub are resort quality as well. The porch is gated all the way around but would be short enough for a large dog to jump over. My corgi mixes couldn't escape though so it was perfect. If you have a tiny dog they may be able to squeeze through the gaps. Make sure to drive around and check out all the amenities like the volleyball court, conrnhole, swings, and bocce ball court.
