I booked with Mina last minute and he was very quick and mindful of me and my family’s situation. He responded quick and was proactive in situating us. Got to say hello and right off the back you can tell good people. Beautiful home, inside and out. Very spacious and clean. Overall, even though out circumstances, our stay was good and would definitely consider booking with Mina again.

First, the good: The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. Tracy was responsive, helpful, and understanding. The price is decent for what you’re getting. The not so good: It wasn’t clear to me from the listing that this is an attached condo and is part of a multiplex. This makes it feel dramatically different than staying in a standalone home. Combined with missing blinds from some windows, I didn’t feel comfortable and it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Great Stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Gated, private, and clean place to stay. Was exactly what we needed. The airbnb has all that you need. The place is near a busy street (Gosford) so be prepared for fast driving cars at night which can be a little noisy. Area is very well lit especially at night so be prepared for some of the light to stream into the room at night as well. Bring an eye mask if you need a darker room to sleep in.

This place was very nice to stay at. Me and my family had a nice time well spent Christmas. Laura went the extra mile and put up a Christmas tree for me and my family! I’m very appreciative for that. Her home was very clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to a friend/family member and I would also stay there again.

The home was beautiful and newer. Laura was an excellent host, very kind and responsive! This was the second home we stayed at of hers due to having to extend our trip and Laura opened and held this home for us! I believe we were one of the first in this home because everything was new and we had everything we needed from utensils to crockpot to linen to shampoo. The home was very warm and inviting. We will for sure be staying again! Thank you!!
