Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Government Camp

Had a great time at Chrystal’s! Clean and the house layout was very pretty. I appreciated the art decor! Chrystal had great communication! I do wish the hot tub jets would have been a little stronger but other than that everything was great, thanks Chrystal!

We booked this house for a quick weekend getaway with friends, 6 adults, 1 little kid, 1 baby and 1 dog. There was ample room for all of us, we felt very comfortable relaxing and hanging out. The kitchen was very well appointed and we made several meals there. The hot tub was great and relaxing, and I especially loved how many amenities there were for dogs, bowls, toys, and a bed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for groups. Thank you so much!

Gorgeous place, amazing views of the river. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. Host was very easy to communicate with about any questions. Would definitely book again!

Chris’s home was super comfortable with well stocked kitchen and anything you’d need for a getaway. The setting by the river is magical- we saw bald eagles and other waterfowl even in midwinter! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow sports with a view of the river. It’s a perfect spot to get you away from the rat race for a little while! We hope to check it out in warmer weather soon

Alice is such a very hospitable host as well as her co-host Mari! They had let us know if we wanted to check in earlier we could which was great! They also gave us a complimentary gift since we were there for my husband’s 30th birthday which was so nice! The house itself was amazing and beautiful, definitely can be anyone’s dream home. The house was big but cozy and gave a family friendly atmosphere. The bedrooms were amazing and made you feel relaxed with the color scheme of the house itself. Living room was spacious and bathrooms were pristine and clear of clutter. The game room was also nice and cozy and gave a warm atmosphere especially when you’re all just sitting around playing card games and such. The backyard was spacious and enclosed so it was safe, it was amazing for our little corgi to run free! Hot tub was heavenly on a cold night and just the overall design of the house was very well put together. Check out was easy as well and check out instructions were clear!

This was the perfect stay for a 3-day ski weekend. The house is gorgeous, and we felt right at home with our kids. The hosts were very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

Mark’s place was great and exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It was the perfect size for a couple and our two small pups to hang and relax, and conveniently located in a quiet spot yet very quick and easy drive to lots to do! Thanks Mark for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Abby’s. The house is beautiful in every regard and extremely comfortable at the same time. Abby has thought of everything a family could want or need. The house is even better than the pictures and description. We loved it and are considering a summer visit already. We will surely be back again. Thank you, Abby!

Wonderful hosts and great apartment! Easy to communicate with and quick responses. Very much appreciate the hospitality. Also, absolutely amazing location in Government Camp. We were able to ski down from Timberline to the front door at the end of the day (via the Glade Trail) as the roads had lots of snow. Then just a quick 1 block walk to go relax at a great selection of restaurants.

Randal’s place was awesome. If I was on a golf trip in the summer I would have been even more in heaven. Randa was very thoughtful and paid attention to every little detail. My kids are younger and we have a new puppy. She had a chest full of toys and dog treats ready to go. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Michele’s place was wonderful! It’s a few minutes from Ski Bowl, 15 or so limited from Meadows main lot, and in general a great jumping off spot for a ton of touring adventures! It was clean, cozy and well thought out. It had absolutely everything we needed. One of our favorite things was that there is a great selection of movies. We ended up watching Idiot Abroad, a comedy/documentaries led by Karl Pilkington himself. So, if you are looking for a quiet, lovely place to come back to after touring around or playing at a resort, this is the one.

Fantastic condo with quality linens, furnishings, kitchen items, etc. Usually with AirBnB rentals, I'm used generic everything - towels, sheets, pillows, utensils, cookware, furnishings, etc., because it's a rental. But this place was different. Everything in the condo was as if it were my own home. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This cute apartment is tucked away in a private and quiet neighborhood just under 20 minutes from Mt. Hood/ Government Camp. We only went with 4 people, but there is more than enough room to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The apartment was clean and well organized, and the hosts provided us a binder that had areas we could explore. I would highly recommend this place looking for a place to stay near the ski areas at Mt. Hood!

A wonderful, newly remodeled, condo in government camp. The space was so darling, perfectly organized, and a great location to walk to restaurants. The closest ski in and ski out you can find on Mt Hood as well. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you!!

5 Stars – Perfect Ski Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at Jim's condo! It was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The location was incredibly convenient—easy to find and access, with just a short walk to great restaurants and the shuttle that took us up to Mt. Hood for skiing. The condo itself was cozy and well-equipped. We especially loved having a fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes, a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, and a kitchen that made meal prep easy. I would absolutely stay here again and am already thinking about returning in the summer to explore all the warm-weather activities in Government Camp. Highly recommend!

David is a wonderful host. Attentive to any questions. And, he is super friendly! The apartment was very cozy and very well maintained. Kitchen has numerous accessories such as pots/pans, cutlery, spices, etc. the area is very nice. Hopefully, I’ll be back next year! Thank you David!!

Beautifully appointed apartment. All upgraded and clean. Comfortable and cozy. Soooo clean. Had everything you need for a winter stay! We loved every moment there!

This is a lovely upper level updated condo on a quiet golf course nestled on Mt Hood. We were lucky enough to get to stay here to enjoy winter sports and it was the perfect landing pad. The open concept kitchen and living are bookended by large open windows and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Comfortable beds, washer/drier (key for drying out wet skin gear) , kitchen with everything you need. Loved this place! Thank you Maria!!

We were elated to find Mike and Betsy's (reasonably priced!) piece of heaven for a weekend of solitude and appreciated their clear communications leading up to our arrival. Their recommendations for hiking, walking, pool, hot tub and restaurants were greatly appreciated, too – and the view from their condo's back porch is UH-mazing. The serenity of the location was just what we needed. 🙂 Anything and everything you need is in the kitchen, utility closet, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room – even nightlights in the bathrooms (thank goodness because I'd forgotten to pack ours) and we loved the coziness of the fireplace while we watched a movie. If you're looking for a quiet mountain getaway with ease of getting around and outstanding owners, this is your place!

From the moment we booked until our departure Kusum was amazing. The property was well furnished with new furniture and all the amenities you would need for an amazing stay. We had a few questions and the response time was immediate and thorough. Would stay again for as long we could. Love the place and love the hosts.
