Updated Fully Equipped Comfortable Apartment with Sea View

Discover an inviting space filled with light and wonderful energy. The renovated home balances the magic of the past with modern amenities through chic furnishings and decor, vibrant pops of color, and original architectural finishes. The flat is in a centenary building, has been totally recovered but we kept all traditional feats, portuguese tiles, wooden floors and ceilings, it even has an original wood burning oven, (it's only decorative presently though),. It is an Unique Portuguese Home that provides you with all comfort you can wish for a wonderful stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine, waterboiler, toaster, etc. The whole apartment. We always welcome our guests personably and are available to help and give any necessary information! We truly wish our guests to have a wonderful stay and are proud to be able to contribute. The property is located just 600 meters away from the famous Praça do Comércio. The area is home to monuments, museums, and restaurants. Walk along the river Tejo nearby and settle in to one of its many cafes. The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800m away and you have the public elevators (50 m away from our apartment. Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

LIGHT FILLED 3BR WITH A/C IN CENTRAL LISBON

Light filled 3 BR , 2.5 baths, 5 balconies plus terrace and open floor plan in the heart of Lisbon. Located in a predominantly residential area but within walking distance to historical districts such as Alfama, Graca, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Se etc. 10 min drive from the airport & 5 minute walk to both the Metro green and red lines. Surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in this historical building.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.
