Historic Stone Studio in the Center of Split

Studio has large kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and large fridge with deep freeze. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Guests also have large Smart TV, free WiFi, digital receiver and Netflix. You can relax on a small terrace in front of the studio. Guests use the keypad on the side door to enter the studio. Prior to arrival, we will send you the code to open the door. Studio is located 500 m from UNESCO - protected Diocletian's Palace, St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil and sandy beach Bacvice. You can enjoy a simple stroll through the famous promenade Riva Split or visit Marjan Forest Park which offers pleasant walks under the pines by the sea. If you are more adventurous, ideal one day trip can be Omis, the river Cetina which offers many activities such as rafting, horseback riding and canoeing. Bus station and ferry are 5 minutes away on foot . Studio is 200 m away from restaurants, supermarkets and famous market Pazar with home-made products. In case you want to run from city noise you can make one day trip or excursion to islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis by ferry or speed boat which can be organized by the host. Guests can contact me via e-mail, Viber or WhApp The home is located in the center of Split and is a very quiet, peaceful, and romantic neighborhood. It is just 500 meters from Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and close to St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil, and Bacvice beach. Apartment is located on the lower floor of the house. Apartment Ami

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Beautiful apartment "Ella" in the old town

Our beautiful apartment was just renovated with lots of love and much attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity as it is perfectly located, very close to the most important places in Split. It takes only 4 min. walk to the city center (Diocletian’s Palace), 5 min. to the legendary beach Bacvice and 5 min walk to the bus, train and ferry/boat station. The apartment has free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, AC in every room, 2 TVs.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

Dear guests, because of the situation with Covid-19, we are using STERILIZER for the cutlery and BACTERICIDAL UV LAMP for 1 hour after each cleaning with disinfectants.
