Step outside for sun-soaked alfresco breakfasts at this peaceful pad with classic parquet floors and a cool, neutral color palette. Head out for a day at one of the nearby beaches, then relax tired muscles in the hot tub overlooking the sea beyond. The space is very big and comfortable with three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and living area or connected in one big space so I'm sure cooking would be fun. But I'm sure the most time that you are not on the beach you will be spending on the big terrace that is really amazing.. with sun loungers and hot tub with a fantastic sea view. The guest have the whole apartment for themselves to enjoy.. While you flip stakes (or better fish?) on garden barbeque, kids can play in the garden. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street a few minutes' drive from the old town. Head to the nearby beaches, while away evenings at local eateries, and take laid-back sunset strolls. Within a few hundred meters you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, local bus station. Or even better you can leave your car on shaded parking places and just walk down to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (inc. AC, premium HiFi, hot tub, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc..) Towels and linen are provided. The price on airbnb is final, there are no additional taxes. There is no deposit.. In other words you have everything You may need to carefree enjoy your holidays.

Brand new, modern Villa only 30 meters from the nearest beach with a sea view from every room. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an open space living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Outdoors is a spacious terrace with a dining and relaxation section, a barbeque, deck chairs, jacuzzi and a heated large 8x5 meter pool. SUP board and two bikes are at the disposal to our guests. Around the Villa there are many beaches for everybody, sandy, rocky, pebble beach or a concrete public beach.

Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.
