Holiday rentals in Grafton

What a treasure we stumbled across! If you enjoy the vibes of an older home this one is for you! The neighborhood is very safe and amazing! The actual home has glass door knobs (if you know you know). The antique ceiling lights are amazing. They do have electronic locks, which are easy to access. The baths are updated, as well as the kitchen. Everything you could need was provided. We rented the entire place, (upstairs and down). My husband and I enjoying a weekend to watch some Cardinals baseball with our two adult children and a granddog. Sitting on the back patio watching the Koi fish could not have been more relaxing. Thanks for a great adventure. I hope to be able to visit this home in the future.

One of the best stays I’ve had. Description says she shares the home so she may be there at times. Had I not known that I wouldn’t have known she was there as there is a separate space she stays in. Just a beautiful home great value. Thank you again.

The house is very clean and spacious, which we appreciated for having 3 of us staying, and a few local family members over for a visit. It was great having the lower level for the little ones, and the kitchen with the island bar plus dining table made preparing and serving food very user friendly. We also appreciated the 3 bathrooms and garage. Most of all we appreciated the prompt and friendly responses to our questions. The location was excellent for proximity to our dad in a nearby hospital, and other siblings living locally. We all enjoyed the daily deer visits, too!

Shauna's place was perfect in everevery way! Cleanliness, location, aamenities, comfort! This place has an amazing location with great walkability to the many different bars and restaurants in the area. Make sure you walk over to Mission Taco Joint, that place has some amazing tacos! The neighborhood was super cute and cozy, everyone was out walking their dogs, going for walks and eating out on the patios. Also while there is no assigned parking we really did not have any trouble finding close parking; even on Saturday when we got back around 11pm and all the bars were having Halloween parties, we found a spot right outside of the gate! Even with all the bars in the area including one right across the street, it was super quiet in the house! We hardly ever heard anything in the house. Be aware that to get to the bedroom you have about a flight and a half of stairs that are slightly steep, otherwise absolutely no complaints! Loved the house, loved the neighborhood, and loved the host!

Terry and Steve’s place was everything we’d hoped for and needed. Close enough for comforts and nestled in a neighborhood that at times felt like its own little city. Let’s not forget to mention all of the delicious food you’re surrounded by! The Hill provides a cornucopia of delicious Italian restaurants. Lastly id like to mention the price point. For what we paid we were in a nicer place than any motel and most hotels can accommodate. We greatly appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend this b&b to any traveler seeking solace on the hill. Thank you from Gregg and Kerstyn

Lots and lots of SPACE I LOVE THAT! The master bedroom is a dream! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back during the summer to experience the pool. Host was very attentive and quick to respond to me. This house is very nice, the nicest on the block!

We really enjoyed staying at the Pineapple Cottage and very much appreciated that Jacqui had added additional knives, silverware, cookware to the kitchen after our last stay as we needed to prepare some dishes for a family thanksgiving get together in town. The living room is spacious and the bedrooms very comfortable. We had a few issues with the heating and Jacqui was responsive to our concerns.

Amazing Hosts and a great stay. One of the only airbnbs I’ve stayed that where the photos matches the actual place. I’ve been bamboozled so many times but I was very happy when we walked in and saw the space. My family of 6 (Adults) it in perfectly. Highly recommend if you are visiting and would like a nice spot close to base and the city.
