Apartment holiday rentals in Gramado

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and was impeccable! The host's service, since the reservation, during the stay and at check out was perfect! The location is very good, we did everything practically on foot, the apartment has 1 parking space, but in front it is possible to leave the vehicle very easily, there is a small square in the front that is very cool for those who have pets and children.

The apartment is excellent. Espaçoso, Mr. Joel is a very thoughtful and helpful caretaker. The only point we fail to observe is in relation to the heating in the living room, the air station did not heat efficiently, nothing that gives up the experience in the apartment. Our stay was perfect.

The place where we stay is close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, sights) and we saw no need to rent a car. We used uber when we needed to go somewhere farther. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, safe. Large and wheelchair-accessible bathroom. It has wonderful blankets! We were in 2 adults and 3 children and welcomed my family very well. The cost x benefit was excellent. I recommend it and if I go back to Gramado, I will try to rebook this apartment.

Flat da Mariana is located in the Mountain Village lodging, an impeccable structure within the Laje de Pedra condominium. The flat stands out for its beautiful view of the development garden, complete structure such as oven, microwave, toaster... Fully air-conditioned environment, bathroom with bathtub, Wi-Fi, among others... Super recommend!

Quiet and great place to stay! We took about 15 minutes to get there from downtown. The experience of relaxing in the jacuzzi with the sunset is unforgettable!

Great accommodation, with great location and a very equipped AP, had everything we need (linens, towels, kitchen supplies, utensils), there is a very close market, and it is very close to the center as well.

We were super well served and welcomed, very nice and quiet place. We had full support from Rodrigo and his assistant Jeseana, always very helpful and attentive! Excellent, we'll be back if possible!

Wonderful environment and extremely attentive host

Very clean and organized apartment, well centered in the condominium, next to the pool and hydro, just below the kids space and gym, not counting the garden for a walk around the countryside counted with a bank to take chimarrão, the other places we do not use it, very close to the center, having access to restaurants, bars and other shops with easy access for a simple walk, host was very attentive and responded quickly, met expectations, I recommend.

The apartment very close to the center, you could go on foot, all clean except some towels that were a bit of guarded smell, I believe by humidity. But overall the stay was great!
