Holiday rentals with a patio in Granada

The place is a peace of heaven, the view of Granada and the lake is priceless. Definitely recommend the place, very comfortable, it’s a must visit, exceeded all my expectations. Bravo 👏👌

Todd’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The location on the lake is stunning, you feel fully immersed in the jungle around you but with all the comforts you could need (the AC units in the bedrooms are 10/10). Todd was an incredible host, he was super helpful and responsive, arranged transport for us from the airport, and even got us some groceries since our flight got in late. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Nicaragua!

We loved our stay in Kristy's beautiful, spacious home. Everything about it was welcoming and comfortable. The plunge pool was especially appreciated after a long, hot day of touring the area. Communication was a breeze and always friendly, helpful, and immediate. The house manager, Yarelis, was delightful and very patient with our later than expected arrival. Unfortunately, we were too busy touring to use Kristy's tips on the vendors who pass by, but we did enjoy the terrific restaurants that are nearby. All in all, we loved Granada and Kristy's house was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

very nice place, clean , access to local stores are very close. private pool is awesome. lay out is cool . would go there again and recommend.

Beautiful site, the apartment is simple and in a cool area

the stay was pleasant and pleasant. the pool was refreshing and clean. the house had everything he promised. this has nothing to do with the host or the house but as a suggestion it carries insect repellent to be ready at night. for the mosquitoes and another additional insect. Above all things the stay we loved thank you

Brooklyn born. Managua raised. Granada has been my family’s small piece of paradise. This trip was the best by far and thanks in part to Jon and Renatas home. Griselda also felt like family. Continued blessing to this home and I look forward to experience it again in the future. This place was paradise.

The host met us at the property and showed us in, which we really appreciated. The lounge is spacious and airy, and the location is great—just a short walk to restaurants. There’s a restaurant next door that plays fairly loud music from late morning to late evening, which is noticeable. Only the main bedroom has A/C; with a wall vent fan into the smaller bedroom which has fans and is also where the bathroom is located, which made it less convenient for our group of three. The living area has no A/C, but large doors let in air. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did have ants, likely due to the open design and surrounding plants, but as Costa Rica residents, it wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be surprising for guests not used to the environment. The bathroom setup was the main drawback—access is only through the smaller bedroom. A separate entrance would really help. That said, the hosts were friendly and responsive, and we’d definitely stay again.

The house is very nice and cozy and is well equipped and its pool is perfect, and the best thing is that since before you arrive they have the airs turned on so as not to feel warm and the host is very friendly, and despite being somewhat away from the center the place is safe, we will definitely arrive again 🫶🏻❤️
