Holiday rentals with a patio in Granada

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Everything is near. It is only a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a balcony which is very nice as well since you can see the mountains and the sea. Barry is very friendly, reliable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a big period of time and everything was great.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very good, very large and spacious. It has a very nice patio if you travel with children! Very quiet residential area without noise. We have been very comfortable. Paqui is always attentive at all times we have even asked you for information about restaurants and at the moment she has advised us several. Everything is perfect!

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Perfect. There is no other word to describe my stay. The apartment is very nice, with everything you need, spacious bed, correct kitchen, with basic utensils, washing machine, dryer, bathroom very well with hot water, WiFi. Everything is correct. Antonio was very friendly and always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The only regret was not staying longer. We will definitely repeat.

Me and my wife stayed at Iana's place for over 2 months and we had a fantastic stay. Iana is a very nice and friendly host, communicative and caring. The place is located in the very quiet area, with beautiful overviews and nearby viewpoints. The flat itself is nice, cosy, has all the amenities for everyday living, with a nice terrace. I was also working remotely from the there and I didn't have any issues, Internet connection was very good. This place is really good for nature lovers and people who like being active / are into sports. There are also plenty very nice and kind people living in the area whxih creates a nice welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely recommend this place and Iana as a host.

Cristian welcomed us very warmly into his home, with a lot of kindness and attention. Cristian's apartment is undoubtedly better than the photos he has published, with careful attention to detail and above all, very clean. Equipped with all possible things. The mountain views are very nice and the atmosphere in the pool is very good. I would definitely come back!!

We felt right at home this week. The apartment is great, very much in the decoration, but the most important thing was the cleanliness. Everything spotless, the bathroom, the kitchen... There are towels and sheets of good quality. The beds, a little soft, but that's going to taste. The sofa bed great, my son slept there which is almost 2m. We didn't know how to open it and Tamara and Jorge sent us up to a video haha. Very nice, very willing to every question we asked the first days and advising us places to visit and eat. The apartment has a clothesline where you can leave the beach bárts and put your clothes to dry. The fridge is really cooler!! In general, everything is very new and well preserved, except for the hob buttons, they were sunk, although they worked perfectly. The air conditioning cools the whole house even if it is only in the living room. Great WiFi because there's not a lot of coverage. The beach 2 minutes walk, very clean and sandy. LOVED!!🥰

It was a very nice, sunny 14 days, also because the apartment offers an excellent view of the sea. Small private complex, quietly located. Apartment and communication great. We agree with the other very good reviews.

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

Cozy cortijo overlooking the mountains and lake of Iznájar.Cuenta with totally new facilities both inside and outside, exactly as in the description and in the photos, it is a quiet place to relax,quite equipped ,swimming pool of salt water perfect for a good dip, very few km away are the villages of Iznájar and Rute.My family and I spent ten days in absolute tranquility,so I recommend it and we would not hesitate to return.

The house is very cute and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and 5 minutes from downtown. Highly recommended

The apartment is really comfortable and nice, with well-maintained outdoor areas and all the necessary basics in bathroom and kitchen, as well as welcome details. It is not a tourist area or especially beautiful, but it is quiet, and Granada is pleasant to walk, you reach the center in about 20-25 minutes. Also, the public transport works very well and the apartment is very well connected. Ideal if you come for work, but also to get to know Granada. Alberto is very attentive, always responds immediately, and tries to solve any problem or need you have. I would definitely repeat again.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic with of grocery stores, parks, cafes, etc within easy walking distance.

Very nice and spacious house. Many stairs so if they go very old people can cost them. the house is wonderful. It is in a very beautiful village, although little shop. Spectacular to relax as it is very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for us with two dogs with two outside safe areas. Parking outside was a great bonus. It was easy to drive to the center of town and when we came back there was always a parking space.

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

Amazing views the best we’ve ever experienced from any apartment… !! Really helpful host, Charis is responsive and gave us a great welcome - We spent a month at the apartment, it is well equipped.. with wonderful outdoor furniture - The weather was superb with an morning sunrise and the warm hot sun lighting up the sea scape on the balcony until 2.30pm. We then dropped down to the best sandy beach in La herradura which is just below the apartment, the sea was warm enough to swim in February (like a summers day in the UK) … it was fantastic !!

We have 12 days in the Apartment and were delighted! The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area is much larger than it can be seen in the photos. You can look out to the sea from the terrace and enjoy the sunrise! We really enjoyed everything very much and we will definitely come back again!

A great house for a couple with stunning views all round. The apartment is decorated beautifully with lots of equipment. It really felt like a proper holiday home.

Ivan’s apartment is perfect for a long weekend in Granada. It was very clean, with a lovely terrace and walking distance from the centre. The check in/out time is also much better than other places. My partner and i had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

The accommodation matches the description, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, a good reception, all the comforts. The ocean views are beautiful, the pool left you speechless everything was great!!!

I highly recommend staying in this apartment – the terrace offers a breathtaking view and is incredibly spacious. The beds are very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. There’s also a convenient underground parking garage available. :)
