Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light streams into the spacious living room from dawn as it faces the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of the village and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 min from town, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 min to Granada and Alhambra, 30 min to coast and 30 min to Sierra Nevada. 10 min to Nevada Mall AND PTS.

Great apartment in the backyard of my house. You will have a single terrace to enjoy magnificent views of Granada. We are in the center of Granada at the foot of the Albaicin. 7 minutes walk to the cathedral. 3 minutes walk to the bus or taxi stand. 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de San Nicolás. 20 minutes walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. To get to the house is up stairs But that will make you enjoy silence and utranquility.
