Apartment holiday rentals in Grand Canal

Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

The accommodation was perfect for two days in Venice. Very convenient location and at the same time very quiet. I would say everything is perfect.

The host gave clear and convenient instructions in advance. Was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. This place is great, the location is great. We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

We had a lovely stay- the apartment is really spacious and well equipped. Would definitely recommend 👌

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

This is a fantastic apartment in a very quiet and private area yet it's only ~3-5 min walk away from Rialto and the touristy parts. It's also very central to most of the interesting areas, and as first time visitors to Venice, the location couldn't have been better. There are 2 fantastic restaurants steps away, including one open until 10:30-11. Internet here is also great at ~250Mbps down, 200Mbps up. I will absolutely miss this apartment and can't wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A nice, quiet accommodation, close to the center and ACTV and Alilaguna transport. Comfortable bedding. Chiara is welcoming, responsive to our questions . She allowed us to drop off our suitcases in the morning so that we could start the tours quickly. We spent 4 pleasant days and delighted to have discovered this beautiful city. A place we'll recommend to family, friends, and colleagues.

I stayed for sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and it was convenient to get to Venice.The room was also spacious and beautiful, and the host was easy to contact and we had a pleasant time.

I can’t say enough great things about our time at Lisa’s air bnb in Venice! The place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Amazing location just far enough away from the busy areas but everything was easily walkable so we felt like we were living where the locals do. Very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative the entire time. She even met us when we got off the water taxi to make sure we found the place. I will 100% be staying there again the next time we visit. We all loved it!

Loved our stay. We were welcomed and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for activities and restaurants. The rent matches the photos very well. We highly recommend.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Fantastic location on the shoulder of Campo Santa Margherita. Lovely tall ceilings and gorgeous windows with a lovely Venetian outlook. Super comfortable.

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Giorgia was incredibly helpful from the start, especially with explaining some local regulations and taxes in Venice, which made everything much easier for us. She guided us clearly on what we needed to do. Despite our flight being delayed and us arriving late at night, she welcomed us warmly at check-in. Giorgia also shared some great local recommendations that really added to our trip. The apartment itself was lovely—comfortable, clean, and the jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax after long walks around the city. Highly recommended!

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in 15+ years. The apartment was even more spacious and lovely than we expected, and had a great view of a canal frequented by gondeliers. Even at the end of our weeklong stay when we'd seen much of the city, we still thought it was one of the best locations, a quiet residential area near a square with a grocery store, restaurants, bakery, etc. And it was easy to get around on foot or vaporetto. The apt had a functional, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything else we needed. When we arrived, the host met us at the water shuttle stop and walked us to the apartment, and she was available whenever we had questions during our stay. Highly recommended, especially if you are spending more than a few days in Venice.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
