Holiday rentals in Grand Cayman

Gorgeous views and so relaxing to be right in the beach and hear the waves. Beautiful Airbnb - it had everything we needed but honestly we spent most of our time in the after on the beach or on the deck. The deck is great in the morning but then gets very hot. Karen the property manager was quite responsive and easy to communicate with. A few things to note: you can float in the ocean but it’s very shallow to swim in and there are lots of rocks. We didn’t mind this at all as we prefer the quiet of the East side of the island even if we forgo the clear calm waters and pristine sand if 7 mile beach. There are amazing shells and rocks on the beach and great walking. It’s a beautiful place all around. And near to a great snorkeling spot as well.

I loved Suladda's home. You can literally walk out the back door and be on the beach. It is very close to all the action, but it is at the very end of the building, so it is very quiet and private. There are wonderful restaurants near by, including Suladda's Thai Orchid, where we ate twice. It's delicious! You can walk to many restaurants, Kirk's grocery and even to town. Taxis are plentiful, but my daughter was also able to find a local ride sharing service (I can't remember the name) that we used several times. The pool was never crowded, and there were always plenty of chairs. If I ever return to Grand Cayman, and I certainly hope I do, my family and I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at Ryan's place. Can not beat the location and the view. It is so private and safe. Once you stay here, it is hard not to want to come back every year because it is so beautiful!

Our party of 4 recently stayed in Dino’s condo for 11 nights. Having never been to GC before, I did lots of research regarding which part of the island we should seek accommodation. We chose Rum Point / the North End as we had a rental car and wanted to be away from the busyness of 7 mile beach. At the end of the vacation all 4 of us agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. First of all, the condo is beautiful - very spacious, clean, modern and with all amenities you could want. The degree of privacy is heaven. The pool is steps away from the condo and the view from the deck and lanai are out of this world and the price was great. Rum Point was our favorite place on the island and was only 5 minutes away. Dino was so extremely helpful in providing information about meal prices, restaurants and things to do and any other manner of assistance he could provide to make our stay the most fantastic experience. I can’t say enough good things about our time at this place.

The place was fabulous! Stocked with so much! Everything you need! Toothbrushes! The location is nice as well as pool and snorkeling. For the amount we paid I just would have liked to had a view of the ocean and we really didn’t from our balcony. But your steps from beach!

I had another unit booked in this same resort, and the host had to cancel. Luckily I was able to book Samantha’s place and it was perfect. She was a kind and responsive host, and the view from the balcony was so relaxing! There was enough toilet paper (important!!) for our 3 nights and also the cooking basics: Salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, cookware. Even an ice maker and a water filter. Absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you Samantha!

The Grandview was as advertised, quiet end of 7 Mile, with a lovely setup for a family of 4. We loved waking up to our morning coffee with the stunning views from the balcony. The pickleball was also a family fave (a major reason for choosing to book this spot ;) There were a handful of coffee shops & casual lunch spots right outside our door - as well as several fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The pool and beach were so peaceful (almost too quiet at times if you are looking for more action;) We enjoyed the swimming hole next door too, as the beach directly in front of us was really not swimmable with the rocks & surf. Our biggest complaint was not being able to walk the beach for miles - due to the sea walls on properties surrounding us, we didn’t have direct beach access to the rest of 7 Mile and were a bit secluded from access to water activities. All in all though, is a dreamy spot. Great value & perfect for getting away from it all!!

Susan was very responsive and flexible. The house was clean and had a homey feel. Our group consists of world travelers, and this was the most well-stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, including a slow cooker, tea kettle, and even a salad spinner—items we rarely see in rentals. The bathroom was fully stocked with essentials like lotions, shampoo, and even sunscreen. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, and the covered patio was perfect for enjoying dinner outdoors. The communal pool was conveniently located just off our patio, and during our stay, we had it all to ourselves. The property was well maintained, with daily upkeep—pool cleaning, palm tree trimming (the maintenance worker even opened coconuts for us!) and power washing of the walkways. A grocery store, restaurants, and food trucks were all nearby. The location was ideal for us - far enough from the tourist crowds to feel private but close enough to everything we wanted to explore.

We had a great time in the Cayman Islands staying at Sunset Cove! The pool and beach were perfect for our young grandchildren and the condo provided beach toys, which were a plus. Coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning looking out on to the pool and ocean was amazing. It was easy to walk to a number of very good restaurants, a liquor store and food market. Bill was so easy to work with and the condo had everything that we needed. We definitely recommend this condo and would come back in a heartbeat!
