Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Grand County

Great place to enjoy Granby, Winter Park and Grand Lake! The place has adequate space for 10 people. Supplies were provided, internet was awesome, views were terrific and the price point excellent. I would stay here again if it’s available for our next vacation! Perhaps in the summer?

We had an extra special Christmas at Granby Ranch. The home was perfect and was extremely hospitable we had everything we needed for our stay and appreciated the extra efforts to make us feel at home. This home is perfect for extended family and everyone had their own retreat. We enjoyed the fire pit & hot tub after skiing. The kitchen had all things needed to complete meals. We will be back!

The property accommodated our large group very well. The propane tanks were empty but Bradley got back to us right away with a solution! Everything was just great! Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone interested!

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family which included 3 couples and a teenager. The owners were very responsive to questions before our arrival and also proactive in communicating a few things that came up on their end. The accommodations were just as represented in the listing. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

This was the perfect place for our winter ski trip! The house is perfectly situated right next to the kicking horse lift making it is easy to truly ski in and ski out. It is clear the hosts put a lot of work into making this house comfortable and well stocked. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the home- games for the kids, coffee pods ready to go, soap and shampoo/conditioner available in all the showers, etc. The home is cozy and comfortable and our family loved it!

Great place that delivered as advertised. Nice, well-equipped, clean, great location, and well-maintained. A pleasant change from other rentals I've had that embellish their place in the listing, only to leave you a little disappointed that you booked it. Ski-in/out was truly ski-in and ski-out. Just had to walk across the street. Very well-stocked kitchen. Nice deck area, although it was too cold to spend too much time out there. Comfortable rooms and living areas. Our family had a great time, and hope to be back again some day. One of my best rentals ever - and I've been renting a long time... Thanks, Kenneth!

Steve and Tatiana’s place is really comfortable, with great views. They also responded very fast any questions we had. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I definitely will like to come back.

We had a great week at Dani’s place. It was perfect size for us, kitchen was fully equipped with pots, utensils, spices for cooking. The bed was very comfortable. Dani was very quick to respond and correct a minor TV issue, and continued to check in with us throughout the week. The free bus was right across the street, or if you want to get a locker at the base, the walk was only 10-15 mins. We ate dinner at the A-Frame club right next door, it was pricey but worth it! Hideaway Brewery is a fun spot downtown Winter Park, with a food window offering all kinds of hot dogs and burgers, and awesome local beer. Pepe Osaka is always a favorite of ours, and Durbar has great Indian food. Moon Frog is an awesome coffee spot, with great coffee and pastries, breakfast burrito and croissants for food offerings, cozy seating areas and you’re away greeted with a smile.

My family had a wonderful stay at Winter Park. Wendy’s place was the perfect home for us! It is very conveniently located to the gondola, lifts and restaurants. Just a short walk. The condo is nicely furnished and has a wonderful tub in the bathroom. Wendy was always available for any questions. We hope to return!

Awesome ski-in/out condo! Balcony overlooks Corridor catwalk run between Mary Jane and Winter Park. Loved the location and access to the shared hot tub. Condo was clean and easy to check-in and out. Definitely a great spot for a couple or small family. Small but cozy studio with a Murphy bed.

Great place to stay! Host were very friendly! It close to everything in Fraiser and Winter Park. Clean, quiet and absolutely beautiful surroundings!

Great place for a ski vacation, ski bus picks up right in front of the building and the next stop is Winter Park. recreation center with pool and Hot tub is very nice

Had a great stay for 1 month at Brooke's place. Very convenient shuttle stop 20 steps away to get around town and to the slopes. Great views and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with larger groups. Had mixed reviews on some of the bed comfort but they got the job done. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen seating accommodated more than expected from the pictures. Highly recommend.

Really one of the nicest Air BnBs I've seen. One thing I did not realize but that turned out to be fantastic was that this condo is a suite formed by joining two adjoining rooms. With two substantial doors that could be closed between the living/dining and sleeping areas, noise or one person needing to work was never a problem. There are luxurious rain/hand-held showerheads in both bathrooms, a very comfortable bed, and pretty much anything you could need for a week-long stay. The unit is also very well decorated. In terms of amenities outside the unit, the pools and hot tubs looked clean very well maintained, both indoors and out, as did the women's locker room. The staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly, and this did not change when I said I was using Air BnB. I didn't experience any oddness from building residents. There was some noise from the hallway and above, but this mostly did not reach the sleeping area, so that was fine. I would love to stay here again!

Bryon and Tash were such lovely hosts. We truly had everything we needed, and more :) the hot tub was a nice treat and the cabin was so cozy! The space was clean and tidy, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. We’ll def be returning soon! Thanks for having us ! :)

We spent the month of December at the Moose Run Cabin. Waking up to the mountain views each morning was such a treat. The neighborhood is quiet and full of trail options to ski or snowshoe. The house is very comfortable and the hot tub on the deck provided a relaxing place to warm up after a cold, snowy day. A highlight of our trip was seeing a pair of moose behind the property one morning. Not only could we see them from the deck but we could also hear them bellow and grunt. Jody is a wonderful host who communicates well and is highly responsive.

This property is amazing! We stayed here 2 years ago and came back again. The house is very spacious. It is about 10-15 feet from the Kicking Horse lift - true ski in, ski out! The views from the house are breathtaking. It could easily accommodate 2 families. Very well stocked kitchen - tons of pots and pans, pressure cooker, griddle, muffin pan, etc. Our kids love the snow all around the property that we can play in all day. We are already thinking about our next trip here!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and the huge ski/boot room was great for all of our gear. The kids also loved the building blocks and tower game that was there.

We had a great stay. Felt right at home! We loved playing board games each night after the day of skiing and we loved having the kitchen to make breakfasts in before a day on the mountain. We loved the book to see where other visitors were from and I meant to fill it out our last night and just realized I forgot to 😫. We also met a little resident deer each day, she was so pretty and we loved to see her so close.
