Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor. The Carriage House Inn

Our guesthouse is the entire first floor of the carriage house. In 1897, the building housed the horse drawn carriage. Since then it’s been remodeled and houses the inn. It's quiet, cozy, and feels like you're at a beach-side cottage. The quarters include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, laundry, living/dining room, and patio w/ a privacy gate. These amenities aren't shared. The Carriage House also has another guest space. Both are independent including separate entries.

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
