We have great memories of our stay at Corine and Emmanuel's. From the welcome to our departure, everything was done to make our lives easier. The house is even nicer than the photos suggest. The accommodation is ideally located a few minutes drive from the town of the diamond, 15 min walk by the beach with the basic shops and a nice little market. A private path takes you to a (stormy) beach that is 2min away and the pool is a perfect size for a family. Very well maintained garden, pool and house with for 7+ day rentals change of sheets and towels! Pleasant attention. I would recommend this house for families, including young children. It is very well equipped and the beach combo 2 steps away + pool is ideal for juggling with naps.

This villa is simply paradise! Very comfortable with everything we needed to cook for our group (2 fridges...wow!), swimming in the pool on site and equipment to go to the beach in comfort (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). I've frequented several Airbnb in various places around the world and it's by far the best equipped place I've ever seen! Thank you Laure and Charlotte (for the welcome and maintenance) for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful property:)

We spent 13 days at this facility. The host was very helpful and responsive in their responses. Both for check-in and checkout was very flexible, with times. Given the late arrival time, he made us find something to eat. The property is as shown in the photos and has a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is very well cared for as well as the pool area. The area is very peaceful. A small beach and restaurant are a 5-minute walk away. Being animal lovers, we appreciated the company of the friendly cat who now belongs to the place. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay at Villa Sea View. Very nice house with kids. Very welcoming, responsive and accommodating host. We'll be back!

House is as described and spot on. Very quite location and within driving distance from local attractions and shops.

An unusual Caribbean experience. Absolute comfort and long designed to create perfect living areas and moments. 4 adults, 5 children. This was the perfect place to stay. The Villa was lovely, and beautifully presented and really had everything you needed, not to mention the lovely pool. It was quiet and felt very private with a good sized garden. The location could not have been better - 2 mins to the beach and a lovely walk on it to the local town. There were some lovely restaurants nearby to walk to, but also some only 5 minutes away in the car. Evelyn, could not have been more helpful of generous and nothing seemed too much trouble, with any questions or problems sorted out immediately. My family are insisting they want to go there again! the view is so wonderful. we had such a good rest and had peace with the whole family, we felt like we were in another world. The whole property was large and spacious the pool was the highlight. there are a few things to note: there was a smell of sulphur coming from the lagoon below, which was unpleasant, there was no nice sea access there just the small lagoon that stank of sulphur or the Balaouh beach where the whole thing was more full of algae. the mirrors were faded from the bathrooms and we were very surprised that 3 gardeners came there was only talk of 1 on the last day of our stay it was non-negotiable to have them come on another day, the gardeners were disruptive and unpleasant because they often watched us. the way to the garbage is very far 1km to walk for 1 garbage bag. the road to the house is an unpaved road and the garden could also do with more love and more plants. apart from these problems it was one of our best holidays so far The whole family was very happy :)

What a treasure this house is - we loved being right on the water, but also able to walk to a delicious boulangerie a 1 minute walk away and a decent grocery store a 2 minute walk away. And a great restaurant across the street! The AC worked great, and we found the location to be ideal for exploring the Anse d'Arlet area as well as further sights like Clement at the Jardin de Balatin (although rush hour traffic through FdF can triple your travel time, so plan during off-peak hours). Sandra was very communicative and attentive. We loved bobbing in the ocean out front, the water was pretty calm, but Beryl hit at the end of our stay and I'm not sure what condition the beach is in now. The kitchen could use a few extra tools but I will let Sandra know. I would definitely stay here again!

Charlotte was very attentive and always responds quickly. Everything was perfect! We were 3 couples and the villa corresponded very well.

You can stay at Armelle's without a second thought. An exceptional welcome (meal prepared for our arrival + essential groceries that awaited us in the fridge). The house has a lot of charm, with elegant decor. The terrace area with the living room and pool is just exceptional. Armelle is very kind, accommodating, and the house is a little paradise. We will come back to it with great pleasure!

We had a great time at this house! François is super nice and very welcoming, always available to answer our questions. The location is perfect (10 minutes from everything (beaches - St Luce - small shops - ...), quiet but close to everything you need. The view from the terrace is just wow! A real pleasure at every moment of the day! The house is spacious, very well equipped and designed for everyone's comfort,there are even games and children's books (any age) available. Thank you so much for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure! 😊✨

Agnes gave us a great welcome, given the situation in Martinique to stock up on a Sunday, she had anticipated everything and we thank her. The house is very spacious, well equipped, clean and very pretty! The pool reflects what was offered and suited us perfectly! The location is great, not far from the diamond center, the market and the beaches. We recommend 100% for a family trip even with a baby as the pool and house are very well served and secured! What a beautiful villa. We were 2 couples and stayed for a week. Everything you needed was included in the villa. You will definitely need a car to drive to the top of the mountain. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family of 4 or 2 couples. We enjoyed cooking some meals and relaxing in the pool. Totally disconnect and the best view of Le Diamant! Fantastic and unbelievable stay 🤩🥳 The only constructive feedback would be to have more paper towel, scott towels and garbage bags avail for the duration of the stay but absolutely not a big deal The villa is impressive and exactly what you see in the pictures I would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Dorothee's villa. Private in a small gated family community. The villa was even better than the photo. Clean, spacious, lovely pool and deck, wonderful breeze. Many amenities, everything worked perfectly. Easy walk to the beach across the street, 2 miles of beautiful unspoiled beach, and trails through the woods as well. 1/2 mile walk to the covered market and boulangerie, as well as many beachfront restaurants. We couldn't be happier, and we plan to return next year.
