Family-friendly holiday rentals in Grande-Terre

We were lucky enough to stay at this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. At 10 people, the villa was quite spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The photos exactly matched the place, I would even say they can't do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, beach easily accessible, with cars it is possible to walk anywhere on the island. The host was available all week and welcomed us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a life! Next time!

Dominique and her husband are charming hosts who welcomed us with a superb chicken colombo and a brioche for breakfast without forgetting the bottle of rum!! the house and terrace are very nice and the kitchen functional. We would highly recommend!

Great welcome, fruit basket upon arrival and breakfast in the fridge, we arrived in the early evening, so very appreciated. Gerard is always available . For us it was our 2nd stay at Gérard's and always at the top . Beach 2mn walk by private trail. Nice hot tub,(after nice hikes), with Iguanes on the trees , it's too fun . Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed…..recommend +++++

Great weekend at Myriam's, the studio was perfect, the idyllic setting with the garden and pool, small welcome cocktail, hearty and super good breakfasts with lots of homemade things... At the top, we'll be back!

After a warm welcome from Francine , we took possession of her very charming house, quiet and superbly wooded. Everything is there for the best holiday in the sun. The place is secure, the veranda is beautiful and the little birds and others visit you from breakfast at the end of the evening. In short, we highly recommend this rental very well located 2 steps from the center of Saint François. Thank you Francine….

We stayed 2 weeks as a family group of 10. The house is just awesome with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Guadeloupe is breathtaking, lots of things to do and gorgeous landscapes. The host is responsive, proactive and very helpful to figure out solutions to everything that could happen. We strongly recommend this place.

Everything was amazing!

Patrice and Yolande were excellent host, we arrived and they had a nice preparation for us. A snack and little shopping, we hardly had to purchase anything else. They are a friendly attentive pair, we lacked nothing. The place is wonderful cool /air-condition if needed, clean and smells wonderful

Rental as described. The private hot tub and pool that the hosts leave are a real plus at this place. Thanks again to Sarah and Marc for hosting and sharing. A nice meeting to make around a punch 😉

Perfect duplex for our week of work on Grande-Terre, well located to browse this part of Guadeloupe. Well arranged, two spacious bedrooms, and a ventilated terrace where it's nice to take a nap in the hammock. We loved the library! Thanks to Géraldine for the welcome, the planter (and the little extra Saturday night;-) and the tips on the surrounding shops. A place to discover, we'll be back!

Pleasant independent studio at the bottom of the villa. The apartment is close to the beaches Sophie was very welcoming

Very beautiful person, nice, accommodating. The house is very convenient even for 2 couples with children. And especially beautiful and pleasant pool. A perfect stay. Thank you very much.

We loved: - you feel at home because there are all the needed daily accessories/utensils/etc. (high chair for baby, speakers, oil and salt and spices and a lot more) - the amacas are super comfortable - the open air living room and kitchen helps create a very nice vacation feeling between friends - the owners provide a very detailed and useful guide before arrival What we think can improve: - the owners require you to sign an extra contract on top of Airbnb terms and their communication sounded a bit "harsh" - some messages could be more friendly (e.g. the message to remind you of the check-out time) - there is no flexibility on check-in/check-out time and the gardener arrived at the villa even before 10am (time of check-out) - there were a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito net provided (only in the room upstairs and the owner act as if it was scandalous that we brought one of them downstairs to use it - such a pity to treat your host this way - we left feeling not welcomed)

Ideally located in the center of the island. Very welcoming host, smiling and excellent cook, who made us discover a little of the island through his dishes. Always a kind and very helpful word. I would highly recommend this listing.

Perfect location to discover great land. Quiet residence near Saint Anne and Saint Francois. The most being the access to the sea and the swimming pool in our almost private case. Well equipped, clean and functional apartment we were two adults. We recommend this location 🤩

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Beautiful Airbnb, very quiet and exotic. The interior of the home is spacious and decorated with taste. But the outside is even better, a large terrace, surrounded by trees, with a private pool and a magnificent view of the horizon! I would 100% recommend!

We had a great time at Nathalie and Nicolas's house. Ideally located, the house is very pleasant to live in with its large covered terrace. Our hosts were adorable, very considerate and attentive to our well-being. Our communication was very fluid via messaging. Thank you for the little touches provided upon our arrival and a special thank you to Philippe who took care of us on site.

Thanks to Sabine for hosting us! The accommodation is very well located (close to the beach, the marina and shops) and easy to park. Very clean and well equipped. It allowed us to have a pleasant stay on the Grande Terre side.
