Great location, close to wineries and Jacksonville.

We loved this spot! It was private but also not far from activities or food. The space was cleaning and very accommodating.

Such a serene getaway. Trees, birds and falling to sleep with the sliding glass door cracked so I could sleep to the sounds of the river. Tranquil describes it. They also went above and beyond with fall themes in their decorations. What a great place to do Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and I. We are beyond grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

Amazing stay, spacious cottage, very comfortable, binder full of local restaurant menus. Teresa was super accommodating and a lovely host. My girlfriend and I had been driving for 5 days staying at cheaper/reasonably priced airbnbs and this one was the best by far (:

This was our second stay at the Roxy Ann Carriage Retreat. The space is clean, comfortable, and offers nice towels, sheets, and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sipping our coffee overlooking the neighborhood and distant fields. Elyse responds promptly and provides clear check-in/out instructions. I have recommended this Airbnb to a friend.

We’re locals having work done on our house and stayed here for several days in order to get out of the dusty construction zone. We didn’t sit out on the porch or patio because it’s too cold out. The location is easy to walk downtown for groceries or meals. Julie, Sean and Eloise are wonderful hosts., prompt communications. The cottage is totally charming and comfortable, quiet, stocked with everything one could need. Good bed; strong hot shower with toiletries to use; nice kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The welcome bottle of wine is a nice touch. A best yet Airbnb stay! Believe the reviews.

I had a great stay at the Lotus House Studio! Everything was easy and Tina was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan's place! The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful goodies provided. The location is private and incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Ivan was an amazing host, extremely responsive and always happy to help. He even gave us great local recommendations, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, making our stay even more enjoyable. Ivan greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

Perfect little spot to stay close to downtown and lots of fun coffee shops/ restaurants nearby. A nice walkable neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy, close to downtown, on a quiet street place. It has fireplace which was a great bonus. I had a great time there. Phil was super helpful, would stay here again❤️‍🔥

Carla was wonderful and so helpful. She offered to help me with my dogs and offered a later checkout if I needed. My husband was in the hospital so I was so grateful for her offerings. I highly recommend!

Thank you Peggy and Eric for sharing your lovely guest home. The home was filled with natural light, even with the fog and cold weather. My granddaughters loved the space and wall art/decor as well. Deers roaming were a nice sight in the wee hours of the morning. I had the impression the guest house was further away in the back, no big deal, just didn’t read the description correctly. The space was private, cozy, clean and organized. I appreciate the flexibility in checking in. Will definitely like to stay again in the future. Take care.

What a cozy spot near downtown Ashland. Was very comfortable for our little family of 3, had more than enough amenities to feel right at home.

Nice clean and private detached guesthouse in a very quiet neighborhood. House easy to locate and access even in the dark of the night. Host was kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

my stay was wonderful! The bed was really comfortable with nice clean sheets. Sofa is hecka nice with a big tv. relaxing home away from home feel. the owners house is near by but I still had a since of privacy, very welcoming and nice family. Would recommend anyone to stay here given the chance. The shower is also huge. really liked the bathroom.

Shanti and Jen’s cabin was peaceful and thoughtfully appointed. A perfect getaway complete with starry skies and friendly visits from the chickens. We’ll certainly be back!

I had a great stay! The hosts are very helpful and make you feel welcome! The place is well kept and it has everything you need.

This place was absolutely perfect for a quick overnight as we were driving to Portland. We walked in and breathed a sigh of relief and gratitude because of how perfect this was after a full day in the car. There’s also a small fenced yard out front, which was perfect for our pup. It felt extremely safe and could hear a peep save for a couple of taps from the neighbor’s dog. No real downsides but the driveway was a little sharp and we felt a scrape a couple of times in our sedan. Nevertheless, highly recommend.
