Penthouse and duplex with large private terrace with ocean view. Relax at our chill-out ! It is a spacious and renovated apartment. The living room is very bright, with large windows. It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have children, they will love to hang out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. Cozy newly renovated apartment, spacious, quiet and bright overlooking the port. It is the second floor to an estate with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, ovens, clothing stores...and the beach 5 minutes walk.

Prime location by a popular Avenue. 400 meters away from the beach. Ideal number of guests of 2, with a maximum of 3. A car is not necessary to move around. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Direct views of the sea from the balcony and of the mountains from the swimming pool. WiFi and SmartTV. Recently refurbished. Valencia Airport one hour away by car. Train and bus stations nearby. Strict cleaning and disinfection protocols.

Our apartment has a perfect location. It is situated in Gandia beach. We have a beautiful terrace with umbrella and canopy. neww...If you have Netflix or HBO you can watch it. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
