Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grayland

This place was perfect for our group. It was especially nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom! Spacious and yet cozy, Mellissa was very quick to respond and great to work with. The View was awesome from nearly every room in the house. No complaints about the beds, there were no complaints and everyone slept great! We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

This may have been one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and it was with quality items (nice knives and pans!!!). The weather was terrible and the house was equipped with everything we’d need to stay entertained inside. The top floor was so perfect for all the kids. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back in the future. Owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

I can't express how adorable, clean, relaxing this vacation rental was...just what a working mama needed for a quiet get away. Each room has it's own ensuite so it felt like everyone had the master bedroom. Unlike most rentals, this one had all the extras (spices, coffee, tea) to make you feel right at home. The house is minutes from a clean beach that wasn't packed with a lot of people. Highly recommend this house and host! Will return for sure!

This is a beautiful home in a great location, very close to town and the beach. It is very well-appointed and had pretty much everything we needed for making our Thanksgiving dinner. We really appreciated the toys and kids' books with our 4-year-old twin grandchildren. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The space itself was immaculate and offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The cozy bed ensured a restful night’s sleep The location was ideal, situated close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, providing a nice retreat Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

We had so much fun staying here. One of the better amount of amenities at an air Bnb. It was like cooking from my own kitchen at home. We also loved that we could have pets too. There were so many fun board games, puzzles, and activities for the kids to do in the back bedroom. The washer and dryer were a necessity when traveling with kids and we were grateful for it. We would stay here again!

This was the perfect set up for my little family, with a peaceful place. The set of kids dishes was really nice for my 3 year old when he needed water or a late night snack after a busy day.

Very beautiful place. Easy access to a beautiful beach. A lot bigger than what we expected. And sitting in the hot tub out back in the cool breeze from the beach was wonderful. Only critique I would give Dan, is the site on Airbnb doesn’t do your place justice. Good size kitchen, big living room, lots of bedrooms and good size bathrooms, with a big backyard. Great stay at the Villa’s. We chose the Hawaiian themed Villa and really enjoyed it! It’s very close (0.5 mile) from the ocean and very close to shopping, restaurants, pubs. My only complaint is the room had a strong odor of pets as well as a super outdated/old couch with stains and pet hair on it. If the place was cleaned up a bit it would be perfect!

The home was cute and quirky! Overall satisfied our needs. Definitely has lots of character. Check in was easy, but note it is not until 5 pm, which felt on the late side for our needs. There was a cute and thoughtful box in case you had 'forgotten' some personal items, like shampoo but unfortunately only came with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, that's an item you don't know you're out of until it's needed. I would suggest at least one extra roll for back up. The tubs do not have slip mats and can get quite slippery while showering. Coffee, dish soap and laundry soap is provided in a startup amount.

And someone who frequently struggles with bouts of anxiety this was a perfect place to get away and enjoy some time to myself and reconnect and recollect my thoughts. An added bonus was getting to have my dog with me as he is my emotional support animal and he had just as much fun as I did getting to explore and it’s definitely probably just as tired. This place was awesome and I definitely recommend it to anybody who wants a place away. That’s not too far away.

Was a wonderful stay, we loved the pirate theme and it was awesome! The electric fireplace was cozy, great kitchen, and comfortable bed. We loved the quiet hours, but that is because the walls are extremely thin and you can directly hear the neighbouring unit. Regardless, great stay and very responsive just.

The family had a great time and felt the space was well utilized and accommodated. I would definitely enjoy staying again.
