Holiday rentals with beach access in Grbalj

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

We felt as home! City center in the middle of everything, side see view, location is perfect. The App is on the 2nd floor by stairs, clear instructions and flexible check in and check out. Maja is great host and very responsive. We also got welcome gifts- sweets and toys for the kids and wine. We had great start of New year there and hope to come back. For every recommendation!

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

We did not meet Ado, his bride Juvanna took care of us, Juvanna was extremely cheerful and interested, helped us with all our questions, helped us enter the museum where she worked, the house was very clean, the sheets and towels smelled very nice, we had everything we needed, if we go again I would not look for another place, I definitely recommend it

The hosts were great They’re communicating was top class It is a lovely place to stay on the outskirts of town but very cheap taxi fare to centre or nice walk

If you are going to Kotor, stay here!! The host couldn't be better. She is so helpful and kind. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many air bnbs. This is our favorite (by far.) We originally booked for one month, but we loved it so much, we decided to extend for another month. From the stunning views to the heated floors...this place really is special. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars :)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

First of all, marija is very friendly and helpful. The place we stayed was very clean and comfortable as described. Marija was helpful during our stay and made arrangements until our return transfers to and from the airport. Many treats were considered in the house. Although we were not in a foreign country, the fact that the kitchen of the house was equipped to all the sauces, spices, and that everything from laundry detergent to personal hygiene items in the bathroom was a complete home comfort. The house is very central, very close to big markets, daily shopping shops. Walking distance to the beach. During our stay, he both guided us and was in touch. Thank you so much for giving us such a high bar for the first Airbnb experience.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Irena is a great host. She gave us detailed information about all kinds of things before we arrived. We always found a response to our messages. The house is very clean, very tidy, and the view is just as perfect. Thanks to her, we had a great 4 days. Looking forward to coming back and staying☺️

It is a central place as close to the city center as 7-8minutes by car, the fact that it is just a click up gives the opportunity to watch the view of the bay and the sea much better, it has a really incredibly beautiful view, even sitting on the balcony of the house and drinking something against that view was very perfect, it was very comfortable with parking, there is always space in the outdoor parking, a quiet and calm place in peaceful evenings, the house was very clean in general and there was even a coffee machine, this made us extra happy
