Holiday rentals with beach access in Great Yarmouth

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

We enjoyed our stay. This was my very first airbnb and was a positive experience. Rachael was friendly and responsive with clear instructions and provided everything we needed.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location. Close to the beach and bars / restaurants. My partner and I had a lovely few nights there and would definitely stay there again.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Lovely decor, very comfortable bed and relaxing feel to the place- we were really able to relax and unwind even though we only stayed a couple of nights. Great location in the heart of Cromer. Kate was very welcoming, thank you. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication from Matt from start to finish. Well located, comfortable, very clean accomodation that felt homely with everthing you might need for your stay. View of the sea and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend for a short or longer stay as is a goodbase to explore north Norfolk. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Matt.

What a beautiful place! A group of the girls got together for my 40th, and we had such a lovely time. A couple of things came up, but things that Lee was so quick to respond to, where possible. We didn’t use the games, or TVs, but they have a great selection of games & a TV in each room. We loved the jukebox & the open layout of the downstairs kitchen/diner/lounge. The place feels very tucked away, whilst also being very central, which is great. The welcome wine & snacks were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and family. The house was perfect for the weekend. It’s spacious and in a great location for access to Southwold, which has entertainment for kids and adults alike (beach for kids, brewery for adults!). The kitchen area was great for hosting such a large group (there were 10 of us inc kids). The living room was relaxing with nice large sofas. The host was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, and I would recommend this place if you want to visit Southwold or have somewhere to relax.

Excellent host, clear instructions and helpful (especially as we have 2 children - so we needed to use the cots, highchair and children's kitchenware). 20min walk to the centre of Cromer. beautiful house, very clean. has all the things you need. And I have to mention the beds! they were super comfortable.

Unfortunately the trip was cut short by an illness. We were happy with the property, very much as described. Parking would be a concern at any other time of year but if you can find a place then leave it there, everything is walkable. The morning and evening walks with the dog on the adjacent beach were wonderful.

A really lovely stay at Rachel’s place. Perfect location as just a short 10min walk into Southwold. Secure front and back garden for the dog and there was everything you needed for a most enjoyable stay. Comfy beds too so had a great nights sleep. Rachel was also very flexible with timings and communication prior to our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back at some point. Thank you so so much x

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

Emma’s apartment was perfect for mine and my girlfriend’s short trip to Cromer. From entering the property, we instantly felt at home. Well-furnished, equipped and comfortable, with the lovely addition of a welcome package, the space was made instantly welcoming. The bathroom was cleanly and spacious, the bedroom was a relaxing environment, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen/living space was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the local area. Emma was a great host; she was always very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had a positive stay in her gorgeous apartment. Thank you so much again, Emma, for a peaceful and relaxing break away. We’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay, thanks to Emma’s kind hospitality and the comfortability of the apartment itself. We will definitely be looking to return soon :)

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Fantastic couple of days in Cromer over New Year. This was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable and cosy, well equipped and clean, and walking distance for everything in town. Would happily stay again.

We booked sea mist for the weekend . We reversed onto the allotted parking space easily and went through the black featheredged gate onto the pathed garden, i don't miss much and am a great believer of if the outside is tidy which it certainly was,then 90% of the time the inside will be to, i wasn't wrong. You enter into the lobby which had ample coat hooks and a thoughtful tray to place sandy/muddy shoes. The bathroom ,shower and toilet immediately to your left in immaculate condition. Round to the right of the lobb is the kitchen dinner leading on to the comfy sofa and wall mounted T.V. The crockery, cutlery and utensils all clean and very well equipped, back out of the kitchen and to your right is the large bedroom containing a very comfortable double bed which the host had made up with winter duvet ect, very toasty and appreciated. There is ample storage for items and clothing ,the accommodation is well lit and and has an abundance of electricity sockets, trust me this is 100%

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. It was warm/cosy and finished to a very high standard. The host was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend.

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)
