I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you're staying in New Delhi. The apartment was absolutely lovely, clean and comfortable, and the hosts and caretakers were always available and responsive. Even the little details were considered, like all the many switches in the walls being clearly labeled so you didn't have to guess which was a light and which a fan. I'll definitely come back to this rental next time I'm in Delhi!

Our stay was truly an amazing experience! The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was also very easy to find, which took the stress out of traveling. I stayed there with my family of six, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed from the start. The host was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even allowing us to check in early when we requested, which we really appreciated. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt like a safe and calm neighborhood, which added to the comfort of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near the area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again!

My first air bnb adventure in delhi, I normally stay in hotels. Great terrace room, well located and equipped. Clean and friendly. Viraj may have said somewhere that it’s a walk up without a lift and it’s 4 flights of stairs to climb. The staff help with the luggage but it’s not for the weak kneed or faint hearted. Otherwise perfect

It was beautiful up there, and the host hospitality and communication was up to the mark. The room was cozy and inviting, plenty of natural light pouring in through the large window. Overall, the room was a peaceful retreat that exceeded my expectations.

I have had a wonderful stay at the Quaint Penthouse. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was extremely communicative. The location has proximity to the best places of Delhi, which made city exploration easy. Naushad made all efforts to ensure a comfortable time. If you are someone who’s seeking a quiet, clean, and a homely stay, this one will end your hunt.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

Staying at Deepika’s place was a delightful experience! The apartment had a warm and cozy vibe, surrounded by lush plants, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax. We really enjoyed our stay at Kamal's place. The apartment is located in a buzzing area (two streets away from a market place), yet it is very calm, because there is no traffic in the colony after 10pm. The place was really huge (one long apartment, with one bedroom facing the calm street and one other bedroom giving to thevwn quieter backyard) and it was cleaned every morning. Thank you for hosting us. We would love to come again.

I would honestly give this higher than 5 star if I could. Such a beautiful home and amazing service prior to and throughout our stay. We visited as an extended family of 11, including seniors and kids between 3-12. It was perfect for everyone, great location for shopping, food and just taking in some Delhi life. We used it as an ideal base for day trips to the Taj Mahal in Agra, Mathura and to Akshardham (which was only about 30 mins away by cab). The home itself was very clean and spacious with all the facilities and amenities we could ask for. The hosts were very attentive and friendly as were the staff. It’s not one to be missed, and this would certainly be my first choice for any future Delhi visits.
