I love my appartement and love to share the energy of this place with others. I have many flowers which makes my home even more cosy. Appartement has probably one of the most beautiful balcony in Poznań! No matter the weather, time spending there is priceless. Cozy apartament with a balcony located in a historical tenemant house from the beginning of the 20th century, stationed in a popular, Art Nouveau district in the center of Poznan - Jezyce, yet on a quite and peaceful street. The apartament has an area of 90m2, which consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with a sofa bed and a balcony, a living room with a kitchenette, a separate work area, bathroom with a washing machine and a separate dryer.

A brand-new apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path running along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. The perfect place for a weekend tour of Poznań, a business trip, sports competitions or a bicycle tour of the city. The block has only 29 apartments, so you can be sure that you will find peace and a cosy atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage (except for cars with LPG😉)
