the home was great and met our needs, an extended family of 10. I can't comment on location or transportation, since we had a car, and had very specific needs. There was plenty of street parking. It was a little difficult to communicate, since the manager/owner's English was not the best (if you speak Chinese you probably would not have a problem). We never got the heating issue resolved (perhaps it was working on a clock because it only worked at certain times), but we managed all the same. The owner/manager was generous, providing us with soap, shampoo, extra paper towel, and as much coffee as needed for our stay.

We had a great stay at this spacious basement suite, which offered fantastic value for the price. The location was great, and street parking was not an issue. As mentioned in the listing, you can hear typical family noise from upstairs, but this wasn’t a problem for us. The hosts were responsive when we messaged them daily about heat/thermostat adjustments as the device is upstairs and needed to be increased each evening. One note for sensitive guests: there is a strong lingering food smell from upstairs which is constantly there. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this spot to budget-conscious travellers looking for a well-located, roomy suite!

This Airbnb is in the PERFECT spot! You can walk to literally everything – the harbor, Stanley Park, shops, restaurants... it's amazing. The host was super nice and always got back to me right away if I needed anything. The place itself is a bit cozy, so if you need tons of space it might not be the best fit. But if you're like me and plan to be out exploring most of the time, it's ideal. Perfect for solo travelers or couples who want to be in the heart of Vancouver!

I stayed at Habib’s place (Flat 1) with my mum, wife and toddler. We had a very comfortable stay overall. It was an excellent place to stay for 3 nights while we were visiting Vancouver. The place was large enough for my toddler to run around. The choice of cleaning products from shampoo, soap, clothes detergent was excellent and we felt right at home. Habib responded promptly to our request on the first night which left a more positive impression on us. If we are in Vancouver again, we will gladly stay at his place if it is available. The area was quiet, safe and convenient from downtown Vancouver.

Elizabeth is one of the nicest airbnb hosts I have ever met! She was quick to respond to our last-minute, late-night airbnb request, and had everything ready for us within an hour's notice. I felt like family staying at her home - she gave us small amenities to make us feel welcome, and even brought down a carton of milk to make sure we had something in the fridge! I greatly enjoyed staying in her home as well - everything was clean and spacious, all the amenities were perfect, and I enjoyed every conversation Elizabeth and I had about Vancouver and her life in Canada. Parking is easy (there is ample street parking right outside the home), and the home is easy to find as well. I would definitely come and stay again if I return to Vancouver!

This place was really really green and it was very comfortable to stay. Jerry’s communication is always precise and helpful and accurate. Check-in and checkout were very smooth. We stayed with three kids they all enjoyed the stay we had Plenty of space. I highly recommend this place to stay to get to the nature and even the cities with very short amount of time.

Quiet Modern Dundadrave Oasis

We didn't get to spend much time here due to our flights being canceled at the start of our trip, but Jerry was so kind and offered to let us stay an extra day due to our trouble. He was very generous and responsive to any questions we had. The garden was beyond beautiful, and the space was cozy and private, even though the homes are fairly closely spaced here. If you plan to visit West Vancouver, Jerry's place is a great home base.

Great location for being on the North Shore. Close to hiking g and biking trails and a short drive to all amenities. Nice big house, quiet and bright, very clean.
