7+ and 30+ nights discount This gorgeous, remodeled 1940s duplex has 1,000 sq ft to spread out! No need to tromp through someone's backyard to get to this Airbnb. Park under the covered parking right next to the home. Home has central heat/air (no window units!) The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury linens and leads to a tree-shaded patio. The home is walkable to hospitals and just minutes from the colleges and vibrant downtown area. Check out "The Peacock" next door if this is booked.

Lovely, cheerful, updated 50’s house in a beautiful, quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Only 5-10 minutes from UT Tyler, the medical center, shopping, and great restaurants! Three comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed, and two with queen beds with room darkening drapes. Memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, & 100% cotton sheets, blankets, quilts/bedcovers. 100% cotton towels. Stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen. Large windows to enjoy the views and let the sunshine in!

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.
