Holiday rentals with a patio in Greene County

Visited from California and had an amazing stay! Stocked water and snacks were perfect after long day of traveling. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Best part was the back patio view to the golf course. We woke up to snow one morning and it was just breathtaking. Cannot wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Erin's place. First of all, she was very proactive and quite responsive with communication, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and had all that we needed once we arrived. Space was exactly as advertised, and spotless! She has thought of every last detail, with snacks/soaps/shampoo, extra pillows/blankets, etc. I understand why this place gets 5-star reviews! We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Bloomington (and even Nashville/Brown County, as it is an easy drive east). Thank you for a great trip!

Perfect place to stay for a couple nights in Bloomington!

We enjoyed our stay at Krista's place! It was perfect for our IU football game weekend. Walkable to the stadium, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely private little place. Had everything I needed! And was cozy during a winter storm. Mikala and her family were helpful and great hosts.

Rachel’s Henhouse on Clear Creek pays homage to the most timeless of Bloomington vibes. The artwork on the walls honor locally relevant things like the wildlife (e.g. the bird panels) and iconic treasures like the Buskirk-Chumley and artwork by homegrown talent. Overall, the Henhouse strikes an inviting and warm balance between modern amenities and uniquely Bloomington flavors and shades. Besides capturing the essence of Bloomington, the Henhouse is also home to memorable details that added a personal touch to my experience. Other perks included a functional kitchen with dining ware and cooking ware, the most exciting item being the popcorn popper. The living room had a TV, state-of-the-art thermostat (and super responsive heating, useful during my late-November stay), comfy couches, an office/sunroom w/desk, and a general cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the overall vibes, aesthetics, and energy of the Henhouse.

Joes's place is great! our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and our dogs were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms were nice and mattresses were very comfortable. All lininens and towels were provided and clean. The location was a very convenient 6 minutes from The Wilds Wedding Venue where our daughter got married. One of the best things about this home is the huge fenced in back yard that the dogs loved. The patio is very cute with patio seating, hanging lights, grill and a nice hot tub. The hot tub appeared clean and well maintained. we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Joe's place to everyone.

A great space out away from the hustle and bustle

Great place for a large family or group visiting IU! Stayed for a weekend and had room for everyone in close distance to campus. Large backyard and hot tub a bonus too.

I live in the same block and this is always a great option when we have family visiting. My mom stayed for 3 weeks during a bad snow storm and the house was comfortable. They are always making improvements to upgrade the experience. One suggestion would be stools for the beds. They are very high. This is a great neighborhood. Walkable to downtown or the sports facilities, but still peaceful.

Rachel's place is wonderful. Clean, neat, organized, and very close to IU. I highly recommend staying at Rachel's when in Bloomington. This is our 4th time staying at her place. She is also very responsive and helpful.

Great hosts! Very clean and organized home. Welcoming place with water and snacks upon arrival. Thank you so much for flexible check in time. They let us arrive early which helped as we had our dog with us and wanted to do things in Bloom with our college daughter.

Traveled with my son and daughter-in-law and their daughter for IU Jacob’s School audition and to visit a grandson in IU Kelly School. The three bedrooms were so comfortable for us with space to spread out. A perfect table/lighting for games with family in evenings. A well-stocked coffee/tea station and selection of protein bars meant we never lacked pick-me-ups. This house was smartly decorated and supplied, bright and super clean with NO CLUTTER. We will happily highly recommend!! Rosy

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's place. The townhome had everthing we needed and was extremely clean, cozy and inviting. Heather was incredibly responsive and a great host! We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful, comfortable, clean townhouse that's an easy drive to downtown Bloomington. Easy to get to yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Owner is courteous and communicative. HIGHLY recommend!

Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!
