A Tranquil Place (near downtown Greenville)

A Tranquil Space is conveniently located close to Downtown Greenville. The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

Many return guests for a reason! Private, restful downstairs with separate entrance. Magical wooded area and lush private backyard. Birds galore. Porch swing. Great attn. to detail. Crisp ironed sheets, fresh baked goods. We love to pamper! Paris Mountain, Swamp Rabbit Trail access, Furman 5 min. Greenville 15 min. Blue Ridge Mountain gateway! Cook full meals/ kitchenette . The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
