Great stay! Fantastic riverside location!

Lucy was very communicative abouts the house and activities and attractions nearby. She was very responsive. The house worked very well for our family of 5 with the three baths and two full showers. Nice deck off the back of the house with a couch, table and umbrella and gas grill. We really enjoyed the nice fire pit and big yard and my kids loved the cows right across the street!

This place is amazing and we definitely want to come back. Jay was very hospitable and responsive. As others mentioned in their reviews, the professional kitchen in the common area really is great. We came down to Pine Valley with a big group for a float trip. Its was a huge relief that this property had everything we needed and more so we could just focus on spending time with each other. Oh, and we found a full size cornhole game with sandbags we played with too. Fun.

This cabin was on off the best places we have stayed in a long time! The pictures of this Cabin do not do it any Justice, you need to see it in person! Jerry was a wonderful host! We came down to go ride our SxS in the forest and one of our bikes broke after day one but thanks to Jerry he told us some great swimming holes. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenity’s we needed to have a wonderful Labor Day weekend! P.S. Jerry’s wife made us the best Apple dumplings and stuffed mushrooms we’ve ever had!

Great place and great host

I’m glad we stayed at one of Linda’s cabins. She’s an excellent host! We originally rented side A, but I realized after booking that it didn’t have a kitchen, and we planned on cooking most of the 5 nights we were there. She so graciously switched us to side B! The farm is SO beautiful, and thankfully the rain cleared away long enough for my daughter and I to walk one of the trails — even though we had to work around some giant puddles. 😆 It’s seriously so gorgeous! This particular listing is a cabin with 2 sides rented out, and the walls are PAPER thin, so just be aware of that! Definitely no fault to the host, but we could hear a lot of movement next door. I’m sure they could hear us too, though we tried hard to keep our 4-year old contained while indoors. Haha! THANK YOU, Linda! We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and dryer. Personally, we would choose a single cabin next time, just for a little more space and less stress about our daughter’s crazy activeness. 🤭
