Holiday rentals with a patio in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn

5 Stars all across the board! My 2nd time booking with Bobby and just like the 1st time it was a great, comfortable and convenient place to stay! The host is extremely attentive and friendly.

We stayed for a weekend and loved it. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we would definitely go back. Great space and decor. Rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The front bedroom has a king mattress that is softer but still supportive. The back bedroom has a slightly firmer queen mattress. Both rooms were nicely appointed. The larger front room had a sitting area that provided another spot to hang out. The living room is a decent size. The bathroom was lovely and had good counter space. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a balcony out back was a great feature. The neighborhood was convenient and street parking was totally doable for the weekend. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay and can't recommend it enough.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to make our experience great, he even allowed us to check in a day earlier since we were stuck at the airport, which was a huge relief! Communication was quick and easy, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hassle-free and welcoming experience. Would definitely book again!

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. The apartment actually looked better than the photos. It’s completely updated and was very clean. The host was communicative and very helpful. You can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors, but that isn’t anything the host can control. There are a couple flights of stairs, if that is an issue, but it would not deter me from HIGHLY recommending this lovely updated apartment. Subway is a very easy walk with the Chocolate Cafe also being nearby.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

Travis's place hit all the right notes for us. We know Park Slope well and the location is very central to where our children and grandchildren live. It is also central to everything in the Slope. If it hadn't been a winter visit, the backyard would have been perfect to have our morning coffee. The apartment is very clean, the bed was comfortable and we are appreciative that we were able to bring our dog. It's a great option for a stay in NYC - since public transportation to Manhattan is nearby and convenient.

Me and my family of 9 stayed at Sylvia place this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. Easy to access, very clean, great location and she supplied alot of things. She was a great host and quick to respond. The drive way made it very convenient for parking. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in New Jersey. Thanks Sylvia

We were a family of 5 visiting New York and enjoyed our stay in lovely, comfortable, clean , quiet accommodation, close to bus route and subway . Enjoyed the use of 4 huge tv screens as well, the photos of apartment matched our expectations. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Asha’s place is comfortable and beautiful. The decor is tasteful and the location is convenient. The place is secured so even thought it is a first floor there are three doors to the entrance.

MaryJean was super! We happened to meet her as we arrived so she helped us get in and settled. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well appointed, and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It’s an older home with lots of charm and character along with many modern updates. There is literally anything you might need! There are two flights of stairs you have to climb to access the main living area and bedrooms. The private parking was a definite bonus. The location was centrally located and walkable with a few restaurants, grocery and coffee shop close by. The bus stop into the city was minutes from the house so we were able to access public transit easily. MaryJean was extremely helpful when it came to NYC info (bus access, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed her unique and beautiful home and our stay.

Olan was a great host. The Airbnb was clean, quiet, and we were made to feel very much at home. The backyard was fenced,fantastic for our dog and she felt very safe there. Added bonus: free parking meant a huge garage space, which was great since we drive in from Ohio. My car was kept safe and off the street. We would definitely recommend a stay at Olans’.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

I was in the area for a month, splitting my time between Brooklyn and South Jersey. East Brunswick was close to major highways and I was familiar with the area Denise greeted me when I arrived. she and her daughter made sure I had what I needed and that I felt comfortable in the apartment. The month flew by. A great stay, a new grandson, great time with our granddaughter, and food and laughter with friends. Thank you Denise for making me feel at home!

We had an amazing stay. Would recommend for groups looking to go around NYC and don't want to stay in the city.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!
