Holiday apartment at Haus Wadden in Emden in the listed townhouse at Petkumer Strasse 17 The modern non-smoking apartment,with private entrance and living space of about 200 sqm, has a total of 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe , dresser, bedside tables The rooms are equipped with the following: 1 floor -a room with a double bed, wardrobe ,desk and chest of drawers - a sofa in living area and chest of drawers - in the living area there is a TV, free Wi-Fi access to the usual conditions. - The kitchenette with the cozy dining area includes a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. - a bathroom with shower Floor 2 - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 1 bedroom thereof with desk - the beautiful bright reading room - Bathroom with bathtub. Of course, we will provide you with the first set of bed linen,as well as hand towels and a hair dryer free of charge. Final cleaning €195 intermediate cleaning (if desired) by arrangement. New bedding 20€ New towels 15€ In the upstairs apartment, no animals are allowed due to the parquet and the historic staircase. No smoking inside the entire building. Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Hausboot 06 "Juist"

Das Modell 06 "Juist" hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Für evtl. mitreisende 3 und 4 Person muss das Schlafsofa im Salon zum Bett umgebaut werden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein TV gehört ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. In unserem Hausboot-Resort ist in der Sommersaison die kostenfreie Nutzung eines Kanus, Tret- und Ruderbootes inklusive. An Land steht ebenfalls kostenfrei ein Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheiten bereit. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auch reichlich vorhanden.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Apartment in Dangast: space for two. Short walk to the beach. On the ground floor there is the living room with cozy sofa corner to relax, a south terrace including sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. Apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is new and ready for you.

Holiday home large sea

Sit back and relax in our stylish and brightly decorated holiday home on the Great Sea. Enjoy the beautiful open lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is oriented to the south side. In addition to a brick built barbecue, the large garden also offers a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our cottage has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.

From this centrally located accommodation, in a listed old town house renovated in May 2024, it is just a few steps directly to the harbor. The pedestrian zone bakers, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The ground floor apartment offers direct access to the covered terrace. A car can be parked directly at the house free of charge. The new bathroom and all entrances and rooms are accessible.
