The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

A terrace on the upper floor invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire. On cool evenings, a fireplace warms up. From here 25min (car) to Stralsund and Greifswald. The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. It is only 5 minutes by car to the lively harbor of the Hanseatic city, and you can reach the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.
