The place is comfortable, it's just that the air conditioning in the room is not cold. It looks like you need maintanance. Then it can be equipped with basic furniture such as a closet for the room, a water dispenser and hangers in the bathroom.

It's in the housing. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Great for work.

The unit is okay , new , the pool and playground club house are good, there is a gym too. Suitable for large families. The location is close to food junction pakuwon.

I had such a great stay here while working on my photography project. The place was clean, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The host was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially for my specific schedule for check in and out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, Thank you!

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

Lucia’s Airbnb supplied us with all of the amenities we needed to feel at home including a place to dry our clothes, clean towels, a fan, cleaning supplies for the floors and dishes and a sizable refrigerator. Just a little walk away, there was also a small play area for children. Taking a little stroll down the street, we found a play area for small children and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the neighborhood.

Our group of four, including my father and his wife, who have mobility issues, recently stayed in this house, which proved to be an ideal choice. The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom were a huge convenience, allowing them to navigate the space easily. Additionally, the house is located in a quiet area, far from any mosques that might disturb our early morning sleep. This was a major plus for us. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, with a standard that's rare in this region. The interior is well-maintained and has a certain charm, despite being a bit dated in some areas. It's interesting to note that, if this property were located in Europe, its value would likely be in the millions of euros, reflecting its enduring appeal and desirability.

The place is great, beautiful, and clean. We love the big yard and the comfortable rooms. Not too far from a big mall. Will definitely come back again.
