From the Chartres House, we walked to restaurants and bars, a beer garden and a wine bar in the Bywater, Marigny and the French Quarter. There is a close by park that was great for my grandsons. A convenient grocery store, a takeout food provider open 24/7. There is parking so that our friends could park when they came to see us. If we go back to NO with approximately the same number of people, I would definitely try to stay again at Chartres House.

Perfect New Orleans Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Full of Charm! Our group of 15 had an incredible stay at this beautiful New Orleans Macarty home! The house is stunning—true to the city’s charm with its traditional architecture and thoughtful design. Each of us had our own private bathroom, which made our stay so comfortable and seamless. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with posh, high-quality linens that made it feel like a luxury stay. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in New Orleans that offers comfort, style, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our group! Great centrally located MidCity location near the greenway and Bayou St. John, just a couple blocks from Whole Foods. The house was beautiful with a wonderful kitchen and baths and built with quality materials. The plunge pool and 2-car garage were bonuses. Thomas was easy to work with and quick to respond. He was flexible with check out. Perfect stay!

Barry made us feel right at home. The location was ideal and we had a wonderful stay. It was a shame the weather didn't play nice on our trip as we would have loved to enjoy her beautiful garden space.

Gary’s Tropical Oasis Getaway can’t be best! I could list all the positive features that make Gary’s place truly amazing, but honestly all the other reviews do a good job of that so I’d simply encourage prospective guests to read those. Instead I’ll just say that Gary’s place was so awesome that we decided to extend our stay a couple nights! And the outdoor courtyard pool area had a lot to do with that decision 😎! Luckily we had flexibility with our travel itinerary & luckily the property was available for our extended stay. Thanks Gary & Eduardo!

A Cozy Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality! My family and I stayed here for a quick birthday trip, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, Doody made us feel right at home with a warm welcome and helpful tips about the local area. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the doors that were used as headboards!! We love antiques! The beds were very comfy and cozy! We were within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, and we definitely recommend Not another donut cafe, which is about 3-5mins away. If pizza is your thing, try Magazine Pizza! Once our day was over, we were able to relax in the heated pool, which was right off the back porch. It was an incredible way to finish off each night, especially in the cold weather. We cannot wait to come back and stay again in the future!!

Very spacious Airbnb! Close to bus stop (5min walk) saved us money from having to use uber lyft and took us close to the French quarter (10min walk once dropped off). Thu was a great host and responded to questions we had.

Our group had a great time staying here. The space had everything we needed and plenty of room for our larger group to spread out. The main floor is wide open and a great space for larger groups to spend time together. The location was ideal. A short drive to the French quarter and within walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Would recommend this to anyone needing a larger place to stay in NOLA.

We were able to celebrate Galentines here. Some of us were early risers and were able to walk to fun coffee shops every morning while the others slept. The house was perfect for 5 women having a lot of fun.

Adorable, historic shotgun home. Nice large kitchen. Plenty to do within walking distance. I recommend a walk to the Carrollton Cemetery nearby-beautiful mausoleums.

Isaac’s place was very nice everything was close by. He was very responsive and anything we needed he was very helpful and very fast to take care of any issues. The place was clean and very spacious we had more than enough space. I would definitely stay at Issac’s place again when I come back! Thanks Issac we enjoyed our stay!

Rochelle and Kelly were very responsive with some things that popped up during our stay. One of the toilets wasn't flushing well and the landlord came by while we were gone to work on it. Easy to have an early check in and late check out for a small fee. The house fit our needs perfectly: easy to grab the trolley to go downtown, close by places to grab a bite, and very walkable area. Would 100% stay again!

My friends and I had a great stay at this property! It was spacious, modern, clean, and had a nice backyard. It was pretty easy to get anywhere we wanted to go from this location, whether it was calling Ubers or taking the street car. We would definitely stay here again!

Christopher's house was by far the best airbnb I stayed at in New Orleans. His house is extremely well located (a few blocks away from Frenchman street and the French quarter), well decorated/homy, clean and spacious. It's worth it if you have enough guests to fill in every room. Communication was also very good, he always answered to my messages within a few minutes and he was very accommodating.

The house was exceptionally clean. Was a little concerned about the neighborhood but once we met the neighbors I was relieved. An Uber or Lyft to downtown Nashville for 4 was 40.00 one way but worth it.

Hello Mark , we loved your place & really enjoyed our time in New Orleans. My only complaint would be that it’s advertised for 6 beds & we only got 5. One of the rooms was locked which stated no guest access so we followed the rules. Other than that i would definitely book again.

Place had a lot of old and historic charm. Great living area for our party of 8 to hang out and spend time together. There is a long term tenant that stays in an attached apartment, but the house still feels really private. Overall a great place to stay for our trip!

Staying at Deborah's place was a great experience. The house is filled with character. The location is great if you're visiting Tulane and walking Audubon park, which is nearby, is fantastic. Deborah is a fantastic host. She was very proactive in providing recommendations and making sure that we understood the workings of the house. I highly recommend.

Stephanie's place was perfect for us. It was well furnished and very clean. A huge plus was off street parking behind an iron gate. I highly recommend!

Visiting New Orleans for the first time with my parents (late 60s) and my sister (30), we needed a space that would accommodate different needs and come equipped with great amenities. Joel and Lindsay's place put everyone immediately at ease —it offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure. And somehow, we managed to sidestep the usual family bickering that so often comes with vacations. I credit our peaceful stay to this Airbnb—it set the perfect tone for a stress-free getaway. A big shoutout to Congregation Coffee and Barracuda Taco just down the street for their exceptional food and service (best Matcha and fish taco I've ever had!) as well as Bargeboard for their exceptional curation of local antiques —all were perfect additions to our stay in Algiers Point! And of course a big thank you to Lindsay!

Great stay! Very close to the French quarter! The host was very responsive and flexible with check in! Even had little gift buckets for our stay for the Super Bowl! Very thoughtful. Pictures were accurate. Great price!
