Cabin in scenic surroundings on Flekkerøy

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Cozy cottage with lovely views, close to downtown KRS

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

Completely renovated and new addition in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, one of which is a dining area. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds down and 90cm up. The last bedroom has a standard double bed. Dining room with capacity for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless internet (fiber) and Riks-TV package included. AppleTV both in living room and in family room on 2nd floor.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. This elegant residence is perfect for those going on holiday to Southern Norway this summer. The apartment is 2 years old and has most of the amenities you need. About 20 min to drive to Kristiansand, and approx. 30 min to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas right behind the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Beautiful home 10 min. drive from Kristiansand.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)
