Calm and sunny Loft near Parkside

I bid you heartily welcome to the former chocolate factory. The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. For an extensive zoo, a footpath is to calculate 15 minutes. In the city for sightseeing or shopping, you are about 5 minutes by car. We also recommend the use of the tram, about 2 minutes from the apartment. You can reach a relaxed route through the forest road district, the city center and explore the rest of the city. The apartment itself is a generous cut Loftwohnung/1-Zimmer-Apartment. It features an open kitchen (including oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine) with a seat at the bar for 2, sofa, TV, a comfortable bed (2 x 1.60 m) and an elegant bathroom (with bath tub). The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at any time. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.
