Golden Circle Cabin in private area with hot tub.

The cabin is by Lake Álftavatn right on the golden circle. It is a 120 sq m house in beautiful surroundings. 4 bed rooms one of which is a loft, with comfortable double beds. The kitchen area and living room are very spacious. The patio has a hot and cold tub and outdoor shower with great view of the northern lights. We are situated in a private setting with nice walking trails nearby. Kerið is 5 min away, Gullfoss and Geysir 40 mins and Thingvellir national park 20 minutes. HG 0001170

The Kamburinn cottage is located in a small village called Hveregardi in the south-west of Iceland, a 40-minute drive from the capital, which will allow you to easily visit the attractions on the Golden Circle route. Luxury riverside cottage in the Golden circle

Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.
