Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) in the Green Heart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Private bathroom with sauna (10,-), coffee/ tea and possibility of cooking, private terrace with barbecue.

Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating which can be controlled by yourself. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.

Spacious Studio & Garden, free bikes. Green heart

Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peat meadow area of the green heart. The studio is a lovely space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and stand in about 5 minutes in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

Mini house 24m2 (own entrance) | city center

Modern luxe huisje met eigen privé entree en uitgebreide keuken en een bed van hotel kwaliteit. Je hoeft dus niet in ons huis te zijn, je hebt alles voor jezelf :). 24m2 voor 2 personen in de stad. Klein maar fijn. Ons mini huisje ligt op een superfijne plek. Op een paar minuten lopen van leuke restaurantjes en winkels in Woerden. Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft en Gouda zijn perfect bereikbaar met de trein vanaf Woerden (allen binnen 40 minuten).

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Apartment in Gouda with beautiful view

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

Our spacious guesthouse along the river Rhine is part of a former farm. It is situated in a rural region, but close (approx. 35 km or less) to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Keukenhof (tulips) and the North Sea. The immediate vicinity of the guesthouse is ideal for hiking, cycling and canoeing. Please NOTE: our Airbnb is no longer available for bookings after May 8th, 2025!

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
