Spacious and friendly. Exactly what we were looking for!

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and cool comforts awaited us (thank you also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything necessary is present. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lac du Bourget. We recommend this address.

We had a great time at Mathias's place. The space is warm and close to everything. We love this area to the point of wanting to live there.

Nadine is a really friendly host and always responsive to messages, very useful information about sightseeing around. a nice little attention to our arrival and a beautiful tree decorated for Christmas. we had a very nice week with beautiful weather and sumptuous snow just 1 hour from the house. very relaxing stay in an ideal accommodation, quiet and with the little extra of the fireplace that does good in the evening i really thank Nadine for this stay

Self check-in with key key lockbox. Even though we are never met, Justine has always been attentive and responsive. Very clear instructions. Ideal house, well thought out and perfectly arranged for family gatherings. Each has a bedroom and bathroom. Passive house, very well secluded, super quiet. Open kitchen. Wood-burning stove, easy to use. We did not use the terrace, too cool in January:-) We recommend.

Denise is a great host, she will contact you in time to properly arrange the arrival. Upon arrival there was some goodies ready, very thoughtful. Denise speaks English which makes the commnication easier, If you have any questions, she is always available. She is also proactive at checkout. We were able to enjoy the beautiful quiet location very much. The house very spacious , the kitchen absolutely modern and the decoration of the house carries the nostalgia of the past.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

The studio is well arranged despite the small space. In summer it must be even better with the veranda. The garden is great for dogs with access to the lake through a gate (5 min walk). Top welcome by Roberta. Our stay went very well and are thinking about coming back.

Very warm and responsive welcome. The apartment offered by Pascale and Patrick is really very nice. We had everything we needed, located close to the ski resorts and with a very nice view. We had a great time. I highly recommend this listing!

I spent a week with my little dog in Pascale and Thierry's apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and I felt at home. The apartment is nice and quiet, and the small garden is a downside. In addition, you just have to go out to walk along the Thiou where you are surrounded by nature and to go into town, you can use the bus that is close by. Communication was great, every question I asked was answered quickly by Pascale. My first experience with Airbnb was very positive and I can only recommend Pascale and Thierry.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Very bright studio, clean , very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secured in the parking lot of the building, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for our stay. It was 10 minutes walking to the town center and very easy to find. It had everything we needed, including some staples as olive oil, salt, etc. The apartment was very clean and Rita was extremely helpful with the questions or requests we had. Thanks

Maryse's apartment is very well located, perfect for a ski stay (close to family resorts), perfect also in other seasons to enjoy nature and peaks. The apartment is right in front of a convenience store and 2 minutes walk from the bakery, you can also enjoy at the back a pretty covered terrace and beautiful landscape. The apartment has been recently renovated, it is very clean and very friendly, ideal for two people or a couple with children. Maryse is very welcoming and incredibly kind, always available when needed. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Adeline’s lovely place. The neighborhood is quiet yet very close to the bike path and local stores. Lovely close walk to the lake from the house. Everything is very well organized. Adeline is very responsive and helpful, and super nice. This is most definitely our best Airbnb experience ever and we would very highly recommend it. We loved coming back to a nice quiet and private neighborhood after exploring the beautiful region. We loved everything.

We had a great time in Daniel's place, clean, well arranged and well located, in a very quiet residence with all the shops nearby. Daniel is a very attentive host to guests and communication was very easy. Lots of walks and tours possible in the area. Very beautiful area!! Book without hesitation.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped and in a good location (between the city and the lake) Quiet location (the railway is nearby, but it is not very disturbing, low speed and no traffic at night) The neighborhood is friendly. Olivier is very responsive, and Marie who welcomed us is very kind. We will come back to this apartment, if the opportunity arises.

Great place, everything is fine. This is very serious compared to many "amateur" airbnb listings. The view is beautiful, not opposite, quiet. Car needed in my opinion but close to everything. (Carrefour market at 5 min). Lake at less than 10 min. Ski slopes 30 min away (semnoz very small resort, good for tobogganing). Anncy is really great. Area of improvement: bed a little hard (it depends on your weight too), a mattress topper would do very well. A few finishes to review but overall it's 9/10.
