Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Groisy

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Spacious place and very friendly hosts. We were even allowed to use their barbecue fireplace in the garden.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Beautiful view from this very quiet accommodation. Comfortable accommodation and bedding. Close to beautiful Lake Genin. Tobogganing on site. (bring your own equipment)

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

A very peaceful weekend in a cozy environment, very well-equipped and comfortable apartment,for us it was a suspended moment in Savoie . Charles is a attentive and very responsive host. Address to keep 😉

The apartment was only a short drive from all the sights in Geneva and conveniently close to the airport. The views of the surrounding mountains were incredible! The host was a great communicator. Thanks so much!

Amazing lake view with a well-balanced layout! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking. If more toilet paper were provided, it would be even better. The location is great—close to Lidl and just a 35-minute drive to Semnoz ski resort. David is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Maude was very nice and responsive and her apartment is as described in the listing. It is in a great location and equipped. It has all the comforts you want; it's bright and the view of the mountains is superb. Maude leaves documentation available and gives suggestions for restaurants that are appreciated.
