Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully appointed small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground can be used right outside the front door, the swimming pond, the sauna and the fireplace. By arrangement each. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

From our apartment, you are on the water within minutes. 10 minutes drive to the Timmeler Meer or about 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping excursions and sightseeing in 15 minutes in the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). Available are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and a sofa bed for also 2 people in the living room.  Also in the spacious garden,you can enjoy the holiday.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the countryside next to a cow meadow, it is best to relax and unwind. The area can be explored by foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are located in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
