Amazing host and view. The unit is located in a very centric location making everything g required accessible! If you love to exercise then you will not be disappointed with the Gym! There is a swimming section, basketball, and much more. The building has security all around making you feel secured 24/7. Definitely my go to unit for future travels! Book it you won’t regret it.

The host was very nice and responded very fast anytime i had a question. The area is very nice and the place is very clean. Everyone in the building is nice and friendly and there i a lot of things to do. I would definitely come back again 10/10

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.

Si buscas un lugar elegante donde disfrutar tu estadía en San José, esta es tu opción. Thank you so much for everything. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The place is wonderful, in the most beautiful part of the Escalante neighborhood. It's the best location, close to everything yet very safe. The view is amazing, and it provides everything you need. my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

Maripaz was so helpful throughout my stay, very quick and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities of the building were very nice as well. As others mentioned, the construction and obstruction of view was a bit of a pain, but obviously something outside of the host's control. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay, the host does a wonderful job. Be careful with the glass door on the shower- I had an incident, but the host responded immediately and was so helpful.

From start to finish Tracee was a great host. She communicated very well, even though we do not speak much English. The site said she communicate in about 4 hours. That was not true at all. It was more like 15 minutes. She sent all the documentation to get in to the gated community. She is a great communicator and did everything in her power to make our stay worthwhile and peaceful. The price was very reasonable also for the two bedroom, two bath villa. Thanks Tracee for all the help with everything.
