Beautiful suite(IN-LAW) facing the sea of icaraí and postcard of Rio de Janeiro(Christ the Redeemer). Quiet location close to everything in the best neighborhood of Niterói. Here you will rest and contemplate the nature with a spectacular view. We also have a place to make a campfire next to nature in a rustic backyard with very welcoming hammocks. Pet FRIENDLY. Need to climb STAIRS. Quiet street,without exit and without access to vehicles. Plenty of production to the Rj , a few meters away and to the beautiful beaches of Niterói .☀️🌊🌴🐶🐱

Duplex penthouse. 1st floor my residence. 2nd floor, with independent alternative entrance, the comforts of an apartment with two suites ( bedroom and private bathroom) with king size double bed reversible in single , minibar, split air cond, 50"TV, wifi and garage. Villa with integrated kitchen, with duplex refrigerator, terrace with small swimming pool, 1 minute walk from Pepê beach, with surf, kite, sup, wind and bike path. We don't host a child under 12 or a pet.

Suite similar to hotel, self-contained. It's not in an apartment. At the VERANO STAY condominium. It has a microwave, minibar, TV, iron, coffee maker, sandwich maker, hair dryer, dishes, cutlery- glasses , ceiling fan and air conditioning. No kitchen. Wi-Fi 200 Mb The building has a swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, lounge and mini market. Easy access and only 20 minute walk to the Jeunesse Arena or Olympic park and 20 min drive from Barra/Recreio beach

Completely independent Guest Suite. House located in a street access to a gated community, with no exit, monitored by cameras, highly residential, quiet and safe. Our Suite is super cozy and undeniable. Facilities include a room, bathroom, and support pantry equipped to prepare breakfast and small meals. For those who enjoy good wine, there are glasses, boards and knives for cheeses, and Fondue pot to savor around the fireplace in the room.
