Amamos stay in the house, everything super clean, airy house, spacious, everything working. Excellent location, very good condominium with grocery store, bakery, restaurants inside. The house was impeccable in clean, very cozy environment,the bad was only the barbecue environment for the pool has no protection and I have a 1 year old child. And I had stairs and this was not shown in photos and because I had a small child I ended up not looking at this detail before! Plus wesley always very helpful,attentive!

The stay was excellent, with a great location, close to markets and restaurants. The building perfectly matched the description of the listing, everything was in perfect order and well equipped with the basic kitchen utensils. The swimming pool was always well taken care and heated, with the person in charge performing the cleaning daily. The woman who took care of the cleaning of the house was very polite and attentive. The host also proved very helpful, quickly answering all of our requests. I highly recommend the site and we will definitely be back soon.

The stay was incredible! Since the beginning, Marcelo was very helpful. The plan was during the day to make my bachelorette party, there would be more people who wouldn't sleep in the house, and he allowed it. The house, although old, has a beautiful view and all amenities (huge, all rooms suites, well-equipped kitchen and delicious pool). The main suite has an air conditioning that worked perfectly and all rooms with a fan. I had already seen the comments of the stairs, there really are many, but it was not a surprise. I delayed check in and the housekeeper answered me in readiness, cleaned the pool every day and even helped climb some suitcases. As there was no reservation for the day of departure, he had flexibility at checkout. Anyway, it was very good and perfect for my plans. I will definitely recommend it to more people!

We love our lodging. The place is of unparalleled peace and beauty. Much contact with nature and all the practicality of an accommodation with full kitchen. We had everything we needed and we still got fresh milk fresh from the cow and a cheese made by Dona Edna that was delicious. We even helped care for a newborn calf that needed help❤ We had all the information we needed and more. Elizangela sent us everything through whats, which made it very easy, with tips on places, tours and tour guides. We really like Anderson, Elizangela's brother, who was going every day to make a deal in the pool and told us good stories.

We had an amazing experience at this home! We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is great, with all the comforts and amenities required. Very good accommodation clean and organized place lots of structure

I stayed with my family ( 9 people) 5 days at Pedro's house in Capitólio. My mother is elderly and the house has accessibillity, in addition to being comfortable and well maintained. The host accepts pet and is prepared for this. The house has space, lawn and yard. Everything is well surrounded offering total safety for our two dogs. The pool was always clean and the host gave full assistance by always starting the engine and cleaning. To Pedro and family we leave our thank you very much.

We were very welcomed by the hostess who was available to answer questions throughout the stay, was very attentive and helped us solve an unforeseen event we had. The kitchen has many utensils, all in great shape. Beds are comfortable and showers work very well. The site was clean and organized, during our stay the trash was collected and cleaned in the pool. The lawn was well taken care of as was the sand court. The place is wonderful, very calm and quiet, direct contact with nature. I highly recommend it to those looking for peace.

The site is very good, in the midst of nature, with all the peace and tranquility of the countryside, perfect for couple trips. The house was clean and tidy, with all the kitchen utensils, plus very welcome extras such as fruit and coffee powder. Communication was easy and quick and we found the place easily. Janete and Sebastião are friendly and helped us with everything we need. On the grounds there are dogs, cats, cows, horses and many birds, in addition to a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect trip to disconnect from the city and rest in the midst of nature. We'll be back!

My stay in Guapé with my wife and two kids was just perfect. The city has spectacular waterfalls that owe nothing to the most trendy destinations, but still preserves the typical friendliness of a small town in the interior of Minas Gerais. The house is great with a spectacular view of the dam and our hosts were very considerate giving valuable tips on tours and restaurants. I will spend the week dreaming of the small mineira.
