We love the house, extremely organized, clean, furniture in great condition, with air conditioning that works, very safe, gate with padlock, car parking, atmosphere with barbecue and swimming pool that was always very clean at the disposal of the guests, it was a wonderful stay. Fully family-friendly environment. The location of the property is in an easily accessible street, close to the beach, calm, peaceful environment, conducive to rest and relaxation. 20 minutes (when traffic is normal) from dream beach and 30 minutes from pine tree beach and 40 minutes from Guarda do Embaú with access by BR 101. Excellent stay, your host Sergio was very Gentil and requested, quickly answered all the questions, making himself available, made the stay wonderful and special. I recommend it.

Great accommodation, the place corresponds with the description and photos. We had a problem with the bus and we arrived 6:30 but the hostess was very kind and we had no problems with check in, house was super clean and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, fan, television...) worked right. Great cost-benefit, and it's still super close to the center and the beach!!

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

My stay was great, Keila and her husband were always available to assist us in something or give tips on what to do nearby, always very kind and attentive. Our shower gave us trouble and promptly fixed it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. It is very close to the beach and supermarkets, a nice and quiet neighborhood.

First of all, Zenaide is a wonderful host. She is sweet, happy and very helpful. The place is fantastic. Every area has a relaxed feel and Zenaide’s decorative style is very peaceful. Our family of 5 with three young kids enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Ezequiel was very requested with us, we felt at home! Executive Localization, a well-kept house with no luxury, but meets every need. Good shower, cleaning ok. We recommend the villa La Escondida, and we will certainly return! Grata, Ezequiel!

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very well-equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent, everything is very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest has everything and is very good. Everything was excellent, we'll be back for sure!

I confess that it was better than I imagined, simply perfect, the cozy house, privacy, great reception, everything very organized and clean, quiet neighborhood, I simply loved, and I will return again without a doubt. Not to mention on the beautiful and quiet beaches we visit, a more beautiful place than the other! About the house everything we need utensils had in the house, it was perfect. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

The accommodation is very similar to the photos. The place was very clean, but needs minor maintenance. The contact with Ana for check-in and check-out was efficient, she is very cordial and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and most local shops. Overall, it was a very good experience.
