Apartment holiday rentals in Guayama

I felt very comfortable, there was usually a lot of silence. The apartment is comfortable and Flor responded very quickly to all my doubts and the incidents that occurred due to a tropical storm. I went for family reasons and it was very nice, after a day full of medical procedures and visits, to get to a place where I felt at home.

An amazing little spot next to the ocean! The balcony was private and had amazing views. The restaurant upstairs was very convenient and had great food. The owner stopped and talked to us at the restaurant and was very helpful and friendly. Wish we would’ve stayed longer!

The apartment was comfortable and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Microwave was a little dirty and informed owner immediately. Overall a great place to stay.

The apartment overlooks the old part of the town of Cayey, Puerto Rico with all it's charm. Fell asleep listening to the coqui frogs every night and woke up with the roosters. It is convenient to the plaza, the supermarket, restaurants, and the University of Puerto Rico. This is an older property and it shows but the price reflects that. Parking was a little tricky but no big deal. For information only: The house has been painted since the Google Street View picture was taken so don't go by that when looking for it, it's all white now. Also Google maps drops you about a quarter mile down the road but the house number is easy to see. The host was responsive and cheerful when we requested more towels and paper products.

Excellent place , you can breathe peace a super quiet and private place as we looked for . Everything is super clean and organized , the pool is super clean and spectacular. Everything is super friendly and as in the photos , just bring your food and you're done. I would definitely recommend it and will be back. Miriam was super attentive and was super quick to respond. 💯

Absolutely perfect, I WILL be staying here again if it is available when I travel over there. I cannot stress enough how good the stay was and recommend this spot for anyone who wants a peaceful and little slice of Puerto Rico!

Maribel was really nice and the place was quiet and very clean. She also went out of the simple to extraordinary, she left cold water in the fridge and clean towels in the bathroom. Really nice place thanks Maribel.

apartment was great, spotless, fridge was full, kitchen essentials for cooking, great communication, even had new toys for my dogs. calm neighborhood, with great restaurants nearby, shopping center close by. provided list of things to do and visit in town and nearby towns. definitely my first place to look at when visiting the area in the future.

Our stay was very good. The apartment and each room was comfortable, clean, nicely remodeled and decorated. Our host was accurate and proactive in providing the necessary for check-in and check-out.

I DEFINITELY don 'T WANT TO GO, what a quiet place, very tidy, good smell, CLEAN, organized, beautiful, modern, equipped. The hosts are top quality, very quick to respond and are ALWAYS on the lookout for guests. Very friendly!!!!! What they say about the early morning rooster only happened to me 1 night and it wasn't long, but the positive thing is that I felt at HOME, A WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!! ME CHARM AND VOLVERE!!! FROM THE HOSTS TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL OF THIS PLACE ME CHARM. YOUR ATTENTION. FINALLY EVERYTHING, VERY HAPPY AND HAPPY!!!! DEFINITELY COME BACK EVERY DAY I TRAVEL TO PUERTO RICO DEAR. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was always very quiet, and the view was very nice (ocean in the near distance, and the par 3 golf hole just beyond the grounds). What we liked the most about the unit was the patio. It had great views and was very comfortable to sit on any time of day! The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. We really didn't sit inside very much but there was a sitting area with a futon/couch and chair. The table in the eating area sat 4, and there are 2 bar stools as well. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine, a couple bottles of water and a bag of coffee was a very nice touch - especially since we got in late and didn't have time to do any food shopping that evening!

location was perfect. condo was well stocked with supplies. José was very responsive to our questions.
