Holiday rentals with lake access in Guayas

i will recommend to my friends that when they visit the Province of Guayas specifically stay in said place, about the residential complex where the property is located, although I do not have a Pool, Miss Valeria offered me the possibility of enjoying a pool at no additional cost.

My staying at the Bellini tower was excellent love the suite and whole building super clean 💯💯 Mis Martha was extremely kind an amazing host she answered right away with anything you need she finds the solution fast. The place is very easy to access also very very safe with security 24/7 the pool is amazing with a nice view. Nice restaurant around close to the tower. Very close to the airport. my main concerned about booking this place was safety. I feel very safe there with my family. I will definitely come back there when I come back to visit Guayaquil, I recommend this place 💯💯 thank you Thank Martha for the good service Kind regards Lucy

The apartment is A1. The decor is top-notch. The view is wide and you can see the river. Very large. Both the dining room and the two bedrooms, each with its built-in bathroom. The A/C is strong. I didn't feel warm at any time. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Nothing was missing. The reception of the building is a 5 star hotel. And the staff is always willing to help. Not a single but. Nothing to improve. And Monica, she helped me with everything I needed. I would respond right away. Impeccable. They even helped me with my bags. Thank you Jeremías. I definitely come here every time I return to Guayaquil. Thank you Monica!!
