The apartment is extremely spacious, with all the amenities, the view is very good, the bedroom has its own bathroom, its spacious and well equipped kitchen, ideal for families, access is very easy, there is an oxxo 30 meters from the condominium. The pool is spacious and always clean, security and parking without any problem. I recommend it to 100.

Miguel, always attentive and very detailed instructions, the apartment with everything you need, lots of hot water in the showers !!! The pool and gardens are very maintained and clean !!! Totally recommended !!

Our family of 7 had great time at Oscar’s place. There was enough room for everyone. The location is great and very safe. The villa was as described.

A pleasant stay, it met the needs of our trip, a super safe place for the kids and with access to shopping malls even on foot. Arriving at the apartment was very easy with clear instructions and communication with Bere and her team was always very good.

Totally recommended. The apartment is very nice, spacious, quiet, with a good view and well decorated. Unbeatable fractionation. Large and multiple swimming pools, slide area, children's area, beachside, internal transportation in free golf carts, social club, tennis and paddle court in perfect condition, Ping Pong, billiards and more. Supermarket 3 min drive, Oxxo in front.

I had an incredible stay in Cuautla at Roberto’s Airbnb! Roberto is a fantastic host—his kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. He consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect, which I greatly appreciated. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here for a seamless and enjoyable experience!

This stay turned out to be our most relaxing vacation in years. The location is a little off the beaten track but after a few days you just settle into a daily routine of short pleasant morning walks to town or the beach knowing that you can return to your completley private little eden with beautiful gardens and a well maintained pool for a cooling dip. Faus and Rosa are very accomodating and are always there to give advice or lend a helping hand when needed without interfering with your enjoyment of your space. Freshly picked papaya and passion fruit were a added and much appreciated bonus.

me and my bf stayed 10days and we were happy with the place. The only thing, we would have liked to have is comfortable chairs and table because we were both on our labtop and the stools and counter were not ideal. The pool upstairs was nice and clean but we had to walk all the way around (on the street) to get to roof top. Jenny was a great host and always answer our questions quickly. I recommend that place. 100%.

Excellent accommodation. Just a couple of details, the first is the water heater as it is a bit tricky to turn it on and the second is that the gas was finished on the first day (using the heater). From there in there highly recommended, the terrace and the room next to it are very parents.

A place that is completely worth it, in condominium it is safe, the facilities are as shown in the photos, there is privacy and cleanliness, the access to the beach is incredible, because it is clean and quiet. The amenities are very complete, Mr. Francisco and all the staff were always very kind to me and my family. The view is nice, very nice, the apartment is very comfortable, a place we would definitely visit again, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it.

Great location with beautiful views and easy, peaceful, and elegant access to Playa la Ropa. Great restaurants close by with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful sunsets delight the eyes. Susanna responded to all our questions quickly. Very clean and safe condo. Bed firm and comfy, fresh linens, condo is cleaned daily. Admin staff super heloful. Excellent place, the best is the roof garden and private jacuzzi.

Armando showed great interest in our stay. The place is comfortable and private, we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close, it was a very nice weekend. There are still traces of the hurricane in the building, but we understand that part very well.

Very good place to stay, exactly as described. The set and the apartment are 100% pet friendly. We had a great time, crossing the street is the beach. The pool is very nice and almost empty, the jacuzzi is a plus. Nearby there are oxxos, chedraui, places to eat. Josue is a very good host, we had a problem with the water and allowed us to leave a little later, we will definitely come back.
