Holiday rental 2 people 28m²(possibility to come with a baby, loan of a bed) , facing South and West , large terrace, mountain view, quiet, 200m from Itxassou village, which has many shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars...). The village is at the foot of the mountains, and 30 minutes from the beaches. For July and August rental from Saturday to Saturday I am a sports educator and I offer hiking , Nordic walking, initiation trail with a preferential rate for tenants of cottages.

The Stone House is a small peaceful house tastefully renovated in the middle of a quiet & very pleasant area with all amenities on foot. It enjoys a pleasant living room with kitchen open to the living room, 2 pretty bedrooms including one with double bed (140x200) dressing room & the other with a double bunk bed at the bottom & single at the top, a bathroom with toilet, spacious garden. We no longer accept dogs due to bad experiences. 2 parking spaces for private use.

Its location allows you to enjoy both the quiet of the Basque countryside and the attractions of the coast (Saint Jean de Luz 15 minutes, Biarritz and Bayonne at 20 min). Nice T4, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private swimming pool is open and heated June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the RDCH. The floor is composed of three bedrooms, 2 of 13m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11m² (storage and two single beds). The bathroom of 6m² is bright and also has a toilet.
