Great location and comfortable place

Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa. The kids loved playing table tennis and board games when out of the water and there was so much to do. At the end of the day, we loved watching the sun set over the ocean from the balcony. I will be highly recommending Sovereign House to friends and family and feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home so close to beach. I have to say, it was better than a weekend at the Crown as it was beachfront, we had an indoor pool and spa and there was so much more to keep the kids entertained. Thanks again, Jas

Loved our stay as a family of 4. Amazing views and we loved sitting on the deck watching the boats coming and going. The apartment is long and spacious offering different zones. The location is so close to the shops and take away options. The 2 pubs are a close walk for dinner and you can’t beat the views while eating and overlooking Lancelin bay. Lancelin quad biking and sand surfing is also walking distance or a 2 minute drive. We stayed for 4 days and would highly recommend to others.

It was a lovely apartment to relax the days away. Waking up to ocen views and enjoying beautiful sunsets of the evening. A bonus is the lovely lawn area out the back with a beautiful shade tree. Highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. A short stroll to Coffee, bakery or off to the Tav for a great meal with again a lovely lawn area for family's.

We’ve just spent an enjoyable week in Clarkson, at Normi’s place. The accommodation had everything we needed and was a ten minute walk to the local train station. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic location and excellent apartment with everything you could need and more. The spa bath is a perfect addition, everything was comfortable and clean. The nearby "Hole in the Van" is the perfect place to grab coffee and a pastry after a morning stroll along the beach path, and the Endeavor Tavern is a great spot for dinner and a drink. We will certainly return.

We had a lovely family getaway at Rona's spacious house. There was plenty of room for us (5 adults and 3 kids) with clean new bathrooms with hot water and comfortable beds. The kitchen had anything we could possibly need and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq as well. The property is very secluded and we enjoyed walking by the river. We didn't swim as not easy to tell the drop off the bank with young children, but was a short drive to Moore River Estuary. Rona went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, thank you!!

We love staying at Big Bear, and have been back almost every year for 4 years. Great location. Perfect accommodation for our family and dog. The fireplace is perfect for warm evenings at home. We feel so wonderfully at home. Colin is a great host, so easy to communicate with. Thank you for another cherished family holiday in Lancelin. We love it so much and will be back again ❤️

Great spot in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to all amenities. The only thing which would have made it better would have been wifi/smart TV for when we wanted to have a relaxing night but not a major as we were exploring most of the time

We needed a space to stay as our daughter - living in the area - gave birth to her son and we wanted to be close but also give them space. So we booked a last-minute airbnb and this place is just phenomenal if you want to be able to just move in with all creature comforts in place. The home is very spacious, with two living areas, a nice large outside area, covered. There is the amazing pool too and the house had literally everything. We usually bring some small items along, stuff we expect not to be able to find in an airbnb such as a cheese grater, or good sharp knives but this place has it all and more. Wifi was top, big tv, ample nooks and crannies and super comfortable beds.

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

The Break was perfect, great location for Beaches, Supermarkets, bars and Restaurants . The house was big and spacious with great climate control throughout with pool and outside dinning area, it has everything you need.

Lina deserves the Superhost tag. We are grateful to her and Sam for thinking of the little things. We felt like spoiled guests and we enjoyed a cosy fire on cooler nights and a really comfortable bed.
