Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guildford

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

We had a great stay at Judith's apartment. It is really modern, well decorated and appointed. With all mod cons. In a very peaceful spot. The place was also super clean and tidy upon arrival. Judith was very accommodating and helpful and really responsive as a host. Would definitely recommend and like to go back.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The views are amazing. Waking up and having coffee on that balcony in the sun was the best part. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Perfect hosts, who are on hand with help and respond very quickly to any questions. The house clean and tidy and had enough space for 8 people for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return to this property.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Pros: * Very well located, area full of life and residential, excellent communications. Very close to Bayswater and Queensway stations. Walking distance to Hyde Park or Portobello Market / Notting Hill * Despite the light rumor of the subway when passing, the accommodation is very quiet * Karerina is an excellent host, very warm, responding quickly by resolving questions or needs. It even provides coffee, milk, water, tea and WiFi. Plunger coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, crockery and basic cutlery * The accommodation is what you see in the photos, the bedroom and living room are spacious and comfortable Cons: * As this is a renovated bass, the bathroom of the home is small and low height (180cm), the shower tray is in the room itself. It was enough for us (couple and teenage daughter). Still, Katerina offers the sharing of the main bath and kitchen Summary: Excellent value for London. We will repeat

A beautiful apartment - such a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Lots of gorgeous soft towels provided, and lovely soft rugs underfoot. There is no hob for cooking, but there is a microwave/combi oven (I realised this from the listing so it was no problem at all, but don't get caught out). However, Kate provided plenty of recommendations for eating out. I loved the thoughtful touches like the milk and chocolate in the fridge, and the kitchenette was well equipped with all I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kate's property for a person on their own (it felt very safe and secure) or a couple.

An amazing 3 nights stay at this beautiful location. The view is stunning! Lots to do in the area and the number 700 bus is a cheap and easy route into Brighton. Harley was a great host also. Thank you

Not far from the sea and not far from good restaurants, bars and pubs. A great place to stay for a weekend or a bit longer. Clean and easily accessible, the accommodation was quiet and well equipped. Claire was a very helpful and responsive host.

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Compact and comfortable. Nice and clean. Beautiful garden and nature surroundings, whilst being not far away from cafes and shops. Peaceful. I loved waking up to the morning views out the front window.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. Remi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all my enquiries. The check-in process was seamless, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved how compact everything was! I would highly recommend. Thank you, Remi, for making it hitch-free! We will definitely be back when we’re in London again!
